If the npcs could aim half the time then that wouldn't be a problem. Also I wouldn't call that healer a melee it's kind of nonsense because he doesn't even hit anybody. He would be a support class.
I don't think so. There are mods that improve some units or animations ("VanillaPlus" and "fixmod"), but I don't think these mods can improve the accuracy of ranged units

Yea it’s neither healer is none or ranged some say ranged cuz he heals them within range but he doesn’t do damage so yea
