I sold 80% of my ABR shares and I'm holding the 20% left so I don't forget about this stock.
The reason is that I anticipate a dividend cut which most probably will reduce its price and I will load up again.
Until then I recycled my capital to other high yealding stocks like ARCC, OBDC, VICI, RITM etc.
