Since everyone else here is joking, I will give a serious answer.
Haiti would obviously recruit large numbers of militia and rely on guerilla warfare which would give them a much better defensive strategy, but in the end, the answer is obviously the USA.
I know people will still bring up Vietnam of course, so I will also say that the North Vietnamese did certainly make an impact and people still make fun of it to this day, but it's not as simple as people like to think. Besides, the USA still has the largest number of the most sophisticated weapons in the world.
Heck, not that there would be any point in doing this, but the USA could even end the war in a few minutes with a few nuclear bombs. Haiti just doesn't have a chance.
