Repeat this step three times.
Cheekbones: in this step of the facial routine we will work the masseter area, which is the muscle located at the back of the cheek and whose function is to raise the lower jaw. How to use FOREO BEAR?

La mujer que está en el vídeo indica que hay que usar el Sérum de Foreo cómo conductor pero dice " Hasta que se absorva "... Sabemos quenlas microcorrientes para llegar allá músculos debe de tener un conducto si dejamos que el Sérum se absorva cómo funcionarán ?? Esto más que un tratamiento de microcorrientes sería solamente un masaje en la cara... Que lo puedes realizar con una guasha o algo, no le veo el caso usar el bear...

por todas esas razones no se puede utilizar.
A mi me duele demasiado y se me contraen horriblemente los músculos con la intensidad más baja. Uso el serum original, intenté con gel de ultrasonido y es lo mismo. No siento la adaptación que se supone tiene este aparato

No, no la calienta para nada. Solo puedes llegar a sentir toquecitos, a veces son medio molestos y a veces son imperceptibles. No sé de que dependa, supongo simplemente hay veces que eres más conductor que otros días (hablando eléctricamente).

Hola , no sé si alguien me puede ayudar, yo siento calambre con este dispositivo.Lo he comprado en tienda oficial y lo tengo registrado , no creo que sea falso. Es normal que dé calambres??? Me aplico el sérum de la marca . Pero me parece un poco incómodo y no sé si es normal o no .
A mi también hay días que me da toques y otros días que no lo siento casi... Últimamente me decidí en tomar más agua (2.5 litros al día, como se debe) y pues quizás es raro, pero esto cambió algo en mi, y ya no siento casi toques. Yo personalmente uso gel de aloe Vera (lo compré en una tienda naturista, soy de México).

Sólo hay dos ejercicios nuevos, los otros dos ya los hacemos con la rutina normal de la aplicación.
Es una cosa mía , pero la parte de arriba del chándal sobra en una rutina facial en la que hay que trabajar el cuello.
