it definitely made going to their current tour a bit odd... it was like "hey remember us guys from 2006... we've got a new album" - obviously it was a great show and UL is great and it's great to have John back because he definitely brings a level of quality to RHCP that other's post Hillel just don't... BUT it's as if they've been on hiatus for 15 years looking at the setlists from the new tour...

A melhor parte do Josh é que ele sempre melhorava as músicas do jeito que podia improvisando até o mais simples riff. Aqui vemos a melhor escolha possível para substituir o John. Obrigado pelo tecno-rock, ele colocou o estilo dele e o do John ao mesmo tempo e eu agradeço por isso.

Yea that's the difference for sure it's like the band had freedom when frusciante wanted to keep something going to just keep it going.... it is a shame when it seemed like Josh was ready to explode and do the same that they would either drop out or play it down to where it had no choice but to end. Its a shame really

Crazy to think that they replaced this guitarist with a better one a few months later- RHCP'S musicianship is out of this world
They didn’t “replace” josh klinghoffer, he wanted something else and Frusciante wanted to come back and join the band again
