That's better then half the stuff i've seen on Dragons Den. You know there are people out there who would buy it. You just need to put Binmen trousers on it, as a gimmick to make it more marketable.
I know the feeling! My kids are 13&15 and won't jump my bins down any more so I have to use my steps to get up and jump my bins myself as my council only empty bins every 2 weeks.
Spot on martin i would only add handles to it great job.. We have the same problem here in northern Michigan everyone is Lazy and don't think that they need to do there JOB........
love the rant about council ours is the same bins overflowing and there's 4 of us maybe we should picket the council for a review of bin collections we'd be good at it, thanks for making my day, make another soon.
You guys never fail to get me to laugh...Martin,you are not wrong about the bins...house goes into carnage because of one bin...🤣🤣🤣😍Thats also our place lol
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I don't know what's the funniest having people look at me jumping up and down in the bin or watching the bin man trying to empty it afterwards 😂😂😂😂
I have to admit. He's got something there. What exactly I don't know! lol actually that would be a good thing for some people. but I'm sure there is something better. that can be built off his idea. The automatic bin stomper 3000!!!! all you got to do is put the bin in the right spot and push a button!
@@TheBushdoctor68 yeah, that's very true. Some restaurants and retail stores do have an automatic compactor system. but unfortunate the average joe doesn't have access to such large equipment. I was talking about on some at home could use. One that would be maybe an 1/8th of the size those restaurants and retail stores have hidden in their store room, and portable as well.
@@MichaelHollings That would be super useful to have at home! Especially now that we separate our waste streams in different bins. The PMD bin (plastics) can always fit about twice as much if you push it down. I think the main issue for a 'home version' is that any proper design *needs* to be kinda large. - I don't really see this working without hydraulics involved. But hey, please invent one that is small! You get rich, and my life gets easier. Win/win.
Genius. That’s the only word. Pure genius.
That sales pitch was classic!! 🤣🤣🤣
That's...actually a really good idea. Minus the pajamas.
The rant about the snowball effect when the one bin fills up was the most relatable thing I’ve ever heard on the internet.
Not had a good day so this video has made me laugh....,as usual! Thanks Martin and Bex.😂🤣
This really has cheered me up anybody who doesn’t laugh at theses pair are not human 🤣🤣🤣
martin and bex give us a laugh when we need it but i agree with his rant about the situation with the bins and his hack is ideal well done martin
That's better then half the stuff i've seen on Dragons Den. You know there are people out there who would buy it. You just need to put Binmen trousers on it, as a gimmick to make it more marketable.

Absolutely hilarious 😂 I’ll take one ☝️ thank goodness we don’t have the council here in Michigan! They pick our bins up weekly 👏👏👏👏✌️

love the rant about council ours is the same bins overflowing and there's 4 of us maybe we should picket the council for a review of bin collections we'd be good at it, thanks for making my day, make another soon.

Martin the binneeeer! 😆 🤣
That's a good idea
got a point there ,good idea
The only problem that Martin sees with using a 5 year old as a trash compactor, is that they're too heavy. :)
That's actually a good idea there...
such advanced tech needs to be named: Bin Stomper '3000'
Choked on me frigging biscuit I did 🤣
Genius 😆
Coming soon to a shop near you........ 😂😂😂👍
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I don't know what's the funniest having people look at me jumping up and down in the bin or watching the bin man trying to empty it afterwards 😂😂😂😂
I've had one of these for years...he's 12 years old now and better every week lol.
You could also crush the stuff before putting it in the bin instead of waiting till after.
How much for the bin stomper 2000?
I have to admit. He's got something there. What exactly I don't know! lol
actually that would be a good thing for some people. but I'm sure there is something better. that can be built off his idea. The automatic bin stomper 3000!!!! all you got to do is put the bin in the right spot and push a button!
That is such a good idea, that it already exists. :)
Many (fast food) restaurants have a large central bin with an automatic compactor system.
