Curry Mee or Curry Laksa- Simplified Version

Who doesn't love curry mee or curry laksa? This recipe was inspired by Ms Linda from Malaysian Chinese Kitchen. I added a bit of my own twist to this recipe.

Here is a simplified version of it with easily available ingredients. Turns out it wasnt that hard to prepare this this recipe.
Curry mee (Malay: mi kari; simplified Chinese: 咖喱面; traditional Chinese: 咖喱麵; pinyin: Gālímiàn) is a spicy noodle soup garnished with various toppings, popular in Maritime Southeast Asia. In the southern part of Malaysia and its neighbouring country, Singapore, it is sometimes called "curry laksa" (Malay: kari mi; Chinese: 咖喱喇沙; pinyin: Gālí Lǎshā).[2] Numerous variants of the dish, including preparations with a drier or thicker gravy, exist in both Malaysia and Singapore.
