I'm over here crying because my mindset has been if I dont have hair, I'm not pretty. My hair has been falling out gradually due to stress. I have been in denial for so long. I woke up this morning and my bestie sent me your beautiful video. I went and watched a few more. Your spirit grab my heart,especially at the end, when you rub your head and spoke about how liberating it was. I'm doing mine today- God Bless you and every lady on here who is embarking on a new journey❣💞

I didn't know it would be so hard to cut my hair, medicine took my hair out, started wearing wigs and weave. It took a year but I cut it myself, then went to barber to trim it up. I was so amazed at the ladies that said it gave them courage as well 😍

Ok - I have thinning as well and I am currently working on growing my hair back in the crown area. I am using a shampoo and conditioner that is suppose to make hair grow in thicker and fuller. I will be watching you constantly to see how you are progressing. With your beautiful face and personality you don't need hair. But I do understand - I have you in my prayers. Sr Citizen Fan here

Thank you for sharing your story. I had all my hair shaved off 5 days ago. I am 64 years old and because of bad diets, not drinking enough water, diet pills and overall not eating healthy I have not taken care of myself or my hair. When i told my family i was gonna cut it they did not believe it. But i must say that it really feels great. I already have new growth but I believe its gonna all be gray which is ok with me.

Hi Nia, I have had thinning in the crown of my head for 10 years now and have a very short twa as well. I have buzzed my head once and loved it. I have been diagnosed with alopecia and kept it moving. I will continue to follow u and your journey, you are gorgeous and wear your hair very well. We shorties have to support each other and show love... 👍

Nice. I have the same issue with the balding. CCA. I stopped shaving in September, but never tried shaving it myself. You did an awesome job. It's going to be interesting to see how you're growing yours out.

OMG your hairline is already so full.. I big chopped with hair clippers yesterday but I now wanna go back in with the razor to make it like a baby's bum lol and have a fresh head to work with on my natural hair journey

Awesome. I have the same issue with CCA balding. I stopped shaving it in September. I've never done it myself. You do an awesome job. My hair has been growing pretty slow, so it'll be interesting to see how yours does.

I have Alopecia and have the EXACT same problem. The crown is thin, but hair is healthy around it. I have gone really short before and would shave it even closer if I did not have the razor bumps at the back of my neck. You are gorgeous and thank you for sharing this video.

Noooooo as a bald girl never use a razor they cause painful razor bumps on the scalp when the hair starts to grow back. Be sure to keep your scalp well moisturized. Good luck on ya journey!

As some of the previous comments have suggested to check with your doctor about deficiency, and see your dermatologist to know the status of your health. Stress can definitely play a huge factor as well. A good hairline product is Nioxin. They formulate their products for thinning hair, etc.

I must say i went completely went bald once about 3 years ago but i love this process way better . So I’m going to try this instead of just going to the barber shop again.
Ugh I wish I could've done this when I big chopped. I've really been thinking of cutting my hair down too anyways since I have a ton of breakage on of my temples lol but your scalp looks amazing and your head looks so freeing lol.
Yes it works I did it two years ago . I went completely bald it was gorgeous ! My hair it thicker then ever now . Make sure to use good oils and wash and condition your hair once it starts growing back . Look up the green house hair treatment . That’s what I did . 6 months and I had a really thick and big Afro !
I've done razor cuts and just regular buzz cuts and results were pretty much the same. Can't wait see your healthy hair journey.
Use wild growth oil and Jamaican black castor oil is good too for thickness and growth. You still look beautiful

mssmtaylor1 I have the yellow bottle one but I don't like the smell of it so I've only used it like 3 times. I have a friend that swore by it and people on Facebook said it work

I felt free when i did my BC 8 years ago🙌🏾. I almost did another BC 2 years ago due to damage but i kept babying it and now it’s back healthy again. It’s crazy when you watch UA-cam videos of natural hair growth is popular but u rarely see cases like yours. You’re so beautiful and have the perfect head shape for bald head i wish i looked this good with short hair. Wishing you the very best on growing your hair back out. The only tip is that i heard coconut oil works wonders for hair growth, also try the inversion methods along with it #happygrowing 🥥💜

I have extremely short hair (cut like that), and sometimes I buzz it all of it off when I feel like it. OMG!,LADIES THERE IS NOTHING SO FREEING! It's hard to explain.You extremely confident, light and strong.Weird right? It feels smooth and soft., only thing it grows back FAST. I never thought of the razor. I'm going to try it ! You are so bold and courageous but the best growth comes from these places...I just did a semi-big chop...you know me so I cut 12-13 inches from my hair lol then go on a growth journey...then I'll do a curly pixie next year maybe

I had the same problem. What I did you probably wouldn't want to try, but i worked for me. I mixed onion juice, garlic juice and honey. left it on my hair for one hour twice a week for a month till it grew back. It grew in thicker for me and my bald spot isn't even there anymore. I recommend testing it on your arm to see if it irritates you cause it does burn some people. Dont forget to do your research
I wear wigs but to be honest I shaved my head and I feel more comfortable without a wig agreed the feeling is so good

Try perfectil skin hair and nails plus hair it works i had the same issues and i shaved my head bald 9 weeks ago m d crown area jas filled n nicely

I shaved mine off last Sunday. The top of my head looks very similar to your balding areas. I've been dealing with this for YEARS!! Nothing seems to work for me. I finally ordered Nizoral shampoo. Fingers crossed.
I shaved everything two weeks ago and now everyone thinks am depressed. I get told I look strong now..lol... well...has brought so much talk. I also realised my head shape is not the beat😊
