I'm not a. Cook but These are the best and the healthiest way to go.
Everything look so fresh!! I loved it
First off, let me say, I love your production quality! I've never seen a cooking video that was so dramatic and with popping colors! Like others, I've never heard of epis, but you certainly just put me on, and I look forward to trying it out! If I can't travel, I can at least eat internationally, right lol. Thanks for sharing!
I have been really trying to lay off of eating meat. This recipe looks so delicious with all the greens. I have been doing a lot of blending with my blender, but now you are making me want to go to the store and get some more appliances to make some fresh green drinks.
I love this seasoning my grammy always making this😌 i dont think if i make this by my self it would come out good at all

Looks great and I bet it tastes even better- nice video.
It tastes great, it goes well on steak and everything else you may think of without overpowering it.. Thank you for watching!
Omg yes I love it! Definitely using this for darn near every dish! Lol looks amazing. Wow.
Yes! It goes well with meat, stir-fry, veggies, seafood, rice and it's perfect on steak!
This looks similar to the green season my mom makes. She is from Trinidad and uses it in a similar fashion.
Ohhh so this is similar to like a sofrito!! I can appreciate the addition of bouillon cubes, I’m sure this be having that food banging. I can almost smell it through the screen lol
The colors are so beautiful 😍 I love natural seasoning in Grenada they do the same thing! I love seasoning my food with with .... nice video btw where are you from ?
I'm from Haiti, we have a lot in common with our Caribbean distant cousins.. Fresh seasoning make a big difference in food.. Thank you for watching!
Thank you for sharing a Haitian recipe. Not sure if you put salt and pepper but I would if I recreate this recipe. I might also put some chili flakes for that extra kick. Hahahaha! This epis would be nice on any meat! I''m thinking fried chicken or steamed fish... where do you usually put this, Melissa? I wanna know more Haitian culture through food so I subscribed. I also support new vloggers like me. Please visit my channel and provide feedback. It's nice to hear feedback from people who enjoy cooking too!
