Thank you Matthew. I had to discontinue craftsy. because I needed to cut back on a few things. Now I can afford it and give myself time to catch up on other things. ❤
i agree with you on the convex circle on the bottom. You can see if you are going to get a tuck. The larger the circles the easier they are. The pressing of a full circle is fun. If you press to the outside the circle will appear below the fackground fabric. If you press the seam back onto the circle, it will appear on top of the background. I love the quilt behind you. It would have semi circles large enough to be really easy to accomplish easily by a beginner. I am a pinner, but I will have to try the glue. That seemed to make it easier.
The thing with curved piecing is to trust the process, because it will look completely wrong for the entire process until you lift your iron up at the very end. Your iron is your best friend when it comes to curves.
First time here. I'm not a quilter but your energy is amazing! You made me happy just watching. Thank you
You are so welcome!
I love love this. It’s more modern than so many than most I’ve seen. Much more my vibe. Thank you
Excellent demo. Thanks!
Love this video. My curves are a little more complex and wavy. This is a great starter for everyone.

Been a while since you popped up. Have a great day.
This is so helpful. I have the glue and have ordered the foot with the guide so i can continue with a Double Wedding Ring quilt I am making.
Thanks for this tutorial. I have this quilt kit because I loved the fabric but was worried about handling the circle part. Now I can!

I haven't watched in a while... sorry. Your hair looks really nice like that!

Thanks a lot for this amazing demonstration. Do you use the Drunkhard's Path ruler and lay the fabric double to get that half circle curve? ❤
The last time I did a bunch of sewing was during the pandemic making masks. I had no idea how to do curves when I started. 😅
Why don’t you glue baste the whole thing? Wouldn’t that make it easier.
