I wouldn't say it's the most underrated, that'd go to Dreamcatcher, since it's the one at the bottom for most people or the one that has the least fews on most streaming services. As for TEE, it seems it's either in people's Top 5 or least favorite, almost never anything in between. For me personally, it's on the higher end, but not my favorite just because of how many great songs there are on this album.
I feel bad for Starset as well because they are playing the released singles (including Devolution) instead of playing the others. I think they saw everyone responses and they were like damn.. Well I guess we can play from the other albums.

It grew on me. For me, this song's chorus reminds me structurally of Devolution's chorus. Also wished Dustin growl-screamed on the fourth time he said," This Endless Endeavors" before the musical breakdown, as well adding another "TEE" at the end of the song with a growl scream ending with an edge of his higher register scream.
I agree and as much as I loved this album I wish i heard more of those screams throughout or if they had one song where it was mostly those vocals! Closest they get is on "Something Wicked' I suppose!
I disagree with the addition of any screams or growl-screams to this song in particular as I've seen quite a few suggest. This is mainly due to the fact that this song conveys more of a longing for someone or something and that screaming typically gives off and conveys feelings of anger and rage. This makes it more appropriate in a song like Devolution, and I'd say from that perspective if I'd have any screams in any other songs from this album it'd probably be on either Icarus or Tunnelvision. That's just my opinion though

However the main reason why i and others suggests more screams is not because of the lyrical context, but because of the musical instrumentation and setup. This songs starts with a hard and dark bass and guitar chords, with it also being played after each chorus. I merely suggested not screaming in the entire track but only in two specific points in the track, one being the last line off TTE before the breakdown (as it would've also enhanced the musical chaos of the breakdown as well as the bridge following the breakdown) as well adding another TEE at the end of the track because they once again played that hard/dark bass/guitar chord which would've left a satisfying ending before the transmission starts.

I didn't like this song as much bc it feels kind of forgettable compared to the others. It's absolutely good, but like... It feels like, basic, minimum acceptable to capture a classic Starset sound. Like a low effort reproduction of Transmissions. That's why it doesn't get talked about as much.
I love EVERY song from this album. Starset isn't just a band, its whole fucking universe!

I'm honestly kind of confused as to why dreamcatcher is so low on everyone's list. Was one of my favorites initially and I still enjoy it a lot
