BC Builds HDO Info Session 6671 Wadams Way Sooke May 9, 2024

The BC Builds Housing Development Opportunity platform was launched on April 29, 2024 to match available zoned land with developers and housing operators, with 8 new sites available across the province. This video series features information sessions for those sites and are intended for developers and housing operators who may be interested in learning about partnership opportunities and how to submit housing development proposals for these BC Builds sites.
BC Builds is a program run through BC Housing that works in partnership with non-profits, local governments, First Nations, and the development sector to identify available underused land, provide low-cost financing and funding, and quickly deliver rental homes that are more in line with what middle income households earn.
