Hi, how are you? I want to ask you about your experience in ivf. A uterine polyp have been removed from my uterus 2 days ago. My Dr. decided to go through frozen empryo transfer in the same month because uterine polyps tend to grow back again ( it already happened to me before). Now, the Dr. told me to take 4 mg estrogen pills from the 5th day of my period and 75 mg acetyl salisilic acid , both once daily. The bleeding due to polyp removal have increased in amount and became red colored when I started taking acetyl salisilic acid again. Do you give acetyl salisilic acid with estrogen before frozen empryo transfer to your patients? Is it safe to take after polypectomy? Please, tell me your opinion about right medication protocol in my case. Thanks in advance.
Hi Dr Morris, I ovulate fine, but just 3 days post ovulation I start to get really light mild brown spotting, more like a stain on my underwear which continues till my next period. It's just an old blood I guess that's making it's way out of the body but is that normal? Or does that suggest low progestrone levels. I don't see it on the tissue, just a brown stain on my underwear post ovulation, approx 9 days before the period starts.

Not necessarily. The body is pretty good at making sure that eggs are mature at the time of ovulation. It does require a couple to compensate with their timing, however

It is possible to still have viable blasts that take 6 or even 7 days to form

8 cm is not small!! After ovarian surgery to remove cysts, people can attempt pregnancy right away
What if you ovulated and don't have fertile cervical mucus. Can lubricant help sperm swim through the cervix
No! Lubricant helps reduce pain during intercourse when there is vaginal dryness. A woman can still get pregnant even if the mucus is not "fertile"
