Wow. The Question-Answer session is mind blowing.
The answer on market research was awesome.
Loved the whole session just one thing that crushes my heart is seeing a room filled with 99% men
I would like to come back here to listen again
20:40 dont mind me just marking my time to come back :)
Interesting it is getting recommended to a lot of users today after a year ! Nice
this guy cofounded directi at the age of 18, crazyyyyy!
Thank You Bhavin for putting out this video ..
WEALTH SHARING ------ GOOD CONCEPT
48:00 Both put that media is the reason for treating founders as rocksters. But there are rare cases like Zoho founder Sridhar Vembu where in it depends on founders too.
Just watched the video.
Thankyou for this
Could be great for a podcast, maybe you should start a channel on Spotify instead of UA-cam
i just like everything going on in this video so informative
It is a privilege to be in times of these people
The point on culture of shaming is a valid take away from this conf. Great observation.
Looks like the two panelist are competing to think faster than the other.
Anybody here who think they like/find it relatable with Kunal over the other two?
Yeah , ig its because he keeps it simple , no technical jargons , unlike other guys up there !
17:43 xD! Looks like Kunal has put in quite a lot of thought into this :D
Need such discussion 🙏🙌
Kunal is like"If you want to be a Sales Man First Be An Aashiqui".😂😂😂 .
This was so fantastic at so many levels. 👏
So insightful. Gave me urge to create a Multi-million dollar company.
Gonna do this🤘
Y no one is giving seat to the senior citizen person (time 11:31 & 23:10) he might not be 60 yet but people should have some consideration, young can standup and listen for an hour . let him sit & listen if he is enthusiastic at this age to be involved.
Excellent speech!
nice session great insights i have learned from here.
1:17 Curiosity is pointless of you dont do application, it doesnt compound as fast
My opinion - Well being just curious is also fine. You never know when in life would you get the chance to apply it. That "application" part in the quote may come very late. Not everyone is just curious about businesses and models. There are things which we cant control (say the russian war ) and it is good to be curious about it even if you do not apply it anywhere👀
3:28 "The culture of original ideas will not come because we are not in a free market of getting human insights"
Acc to me this is more because we as a society consider everything as a zero sum game. We think that we have to bring others down to rise.😮💨
5:06 What i feel about this question is that it doesnt matter how many you do at the same time. What you end goal/purpose is matters. Not how you achieve it .
9:42 good point, it is better to reduce the number of variables. Dont just flock people into the company.
-One good point that ive seen many people talk about is that once you hire someone, dont start judging or forcing the person from the very first day. Give the person some time to adapt, help him adapt. He'll become productive to the company eventually, even if not then also it's fine😬
12:01 very good point! Anything that is repeated should get automated or else it is just a time waste
- Creativity also plays a vital role in increasing productivity! Only thing is the person must be immune to the judgments of the society else he would not be able to persue it forward. And creative ideas get a lot of backfire!
17:00 Hehe no imo😅. If you are saying to ban same caste marriages then what you are ultimately doing is to classify the people in castes and then deciding whether the marriage is inter or intra caste. This is not what a free market is! No castes should be considered and there should be no words like intercaste! Because castism shouldn't exist. That's how you attain free market and not by banning same caste marriages.
-Scaling Culture is important. See any of the JEFF BEZOS podcast.
24:30 - 25:15 Wow😯
-There are never Regrets. There are always lessons learnt behind anything you do.
29:10 - 30:27 VERY GOOD POINT
30:50 - 33:57 Wow again😶😯 + 33:57 - 35:37 Fuck! These people are insane! 😳😳
37:12 good point, have confidence in yourself
- We need to create a culture where entrepreneurs are sharing more often no matter how tough the competition is. Again boils down to the fact that it is not a zero sum thing!
48:25 Very true! Valuations should not be given place of value creation. Also that showing the value is much more inspiring than the valuations. This is why what VSS did with paytm still gives me goosebumps. Inspite of the fact that the company isnt in a good position rn, there is hardly any start up that brought such a positive impact in our society. Paytm almost singlehandedly brought most of India cashless in the initial phases..
51:45 Unfortunate! But yes seems true enough
52:38 Interesting!
53:12 my view on this thing is that
"All badges are prisons that people give you to stay in"
It Doesnt matter what anybody else thinks even your closest one's :)
53:45 - 54:01 wow amazing example
-Never scout for ideas, scout for insights.
Start getting interested in Human behaviors
56:40 - 58:00 amazing advice!
- Founders should create resourcefulness

At least the gig guys could arrange comfortable seatings for these geniuses I mean they look extremely uncomfortable...
These videos should have millions of views rather than tik toks
@35:50, you see Gaurav Munjal of Unacademy standing in the crowd. Has matrix partners invested in this company earlier? Bhavin sure has.
This Q&A was a Gold
I am just staring at the mount blue io tshirt
Drinks guy at 23.24 😆😆 hes like ye kya chal rha hai
did anyone else notice Gaurav Munjal (Unacademy) in the back?
Does anyone found the Unacademy founder?
51:00 he is a genius the same thing happened to Vijay shekhar Sharma (paytm ceo)
can anyone tell where to find the lists of books tarun was talking about
Just google "books recommended by bhavin turakhia" and you'll find his blogspot
I want to note that kunal is partially wrong in his observation, in hindi we say 'क्या चल रहा है' what is trending sab languages me h ye gujrat ki baat nhi sirf
It's funny how almost all question were asked by younger demographic while the middle aged people just sat and listened...
Excellent 🔥
59:09 That guy on the left
These guys are just normal guys just trying to make value in other people's life by their products and offering. well if kunal read this comment , he would be liking it for sure.
Who was this influencer marketing company guy
20:48 books recommend
35:56 oo Bhai unacademy ke founder notice
The dude in strip shirt was not given enough chance....he is smart...what's his name?
If Indians don't want to pay for convenience, how are models like swiggy and zomato surviving??
People are not watching you at home right? 😂 So no use of having status over convience , the person who spends less brags more inside your home 🙃
What did he mean by that " Capitalism " Sentence ?? And then calling everybody in the industry? Please someone explain this.
Capitalism means every goods and services in society exchange on the basis of demand and supply law , gov not play any major role or interference..
@@jaggusingh7213 Yes, I know what it means, that's basic economics. But what did Kunal mean by that when he said it? In his context? What did he mean when he said he calls everyone in the industry till he gets his answer? What does Kunal mean from 27:30 onwards? What does his Capitalism sentence have to do with market research?
Ok on this context I think he just give an example of capitalism and than how he make research on it, and than come at conclusion
Watch his other videos, u will come to know
Is mrp a right thing, if answer is yes....u need to understand capitalism better
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

3:39 Hiring a salesguy .. a guy of arranged marriage and another guy with 6 relationships .. This analogy is not right ... The person with 6 relationship can have unethical ways of doing sales.. and we have seen startups becoming BIG in short time and also fallen very badly.. As a joke its good
Inke startup ache nhi hai inke contact ache hai
that last guy who founded flog etc.. U don't deserve to live in India. Sick mindset!! Surprised to see no one protested against "UP Bhaiya" comment.
I think sometime they talk trash
what the heck is this!!!
Bhavin is super annoying
Cred chutiyapa hai

Brilliant! Magnificent! This talk is a goldmine!! Every repetition of listening to it gives another new point to work upon. Thankyou Bhavin for sharing! Thankyou!!!
