Thanks for a really enjoyable and tense series of games. I did like Battle 6, when you had the BR on screen that showed just how close the final result was!
Thanks for the feedback. I was debating whether to show the BR on screen or not. In this battle, the result wasn't really close at all, so I thought showing it might ruin any tention for the viewer. I'll include it when I can, and I'll at least start showing the initial BR at the start so those who care can keep tally.
I avoid off table artillery because of that. The guns are pretty good but the drop in BR is killing. I’d run on table artillery instead. And maybe a little less. (Absolute maximum of 25% of my points, preferably less.) Off table Priority Artillery is very cheap. That might be an option as well. Especially if you have several troops or officers that can call for it.
Yeah, I knew it probably was a bad idea, but I wanted to try just for fun. Probably won't do it again. 😅 It's a bit hard to get some decent on-table artillery in Barbarossa. Only one medium mortar per platoon. I have ordered some Wurfrahmen 40, though. 😁
It was an interesting game at least. I think the Soviets had 10 BR left at the end. But they started with 32 to the Germans' 22. I had spent a lot of points on off-table mortars. That's 162 points, but 0 BR. Not sure it paid off. :p

Thanks! Looked like a fun and tight game.
How many BR did the Soviets have left?
