Many thanks for the video mate! I bought my Mondeo from someone else, and even though the handbook had the model number and code was there, it was wrong. Think the stereo had been replaced at some point. So followed your instructions, found the unit had a different V code number and then went on the website to get the correct stereo code..Perfecto!!

Worked for mondeo mk4 sony radio. Other sites pretend to be free ask for an email and opps you need to pay. The site this guy links did nothing like that. Just that serial code like he said the bam code. Thanks man

Thanks for this. The documentation I got with my car has a sticker on it with my radio's serial number and code but when I replaced the car's battery I discovered the code didn't work. Using the method in your video I was able to get the correct serial number directly from the radio itself, then look it up on the code website using the link you provided, to get the correct code to unlock my radio. Thanks again.
