I cut off my “friends” that are full of shit (like really, they’re assholes) and confronted my cousin that would always get shady. Hoping later on I can have comebacks quickly and defend fast aswell.
Day 3: I confronted a friend about not being respectful and plan on doing that to other friends :))
Day 4: Had a mental breakdown night before and stayed in bed majority of my day and listening to this. Day 5: I cut off a lot of people that I realized I always appreciated but they never appreciated me

Day 7: My skin has been GLOWINGGG and the things I plan on doing I do. I’ve been active, working out more, and able to study with a clear mindset without getting distracted as much. I’ve also been journaling and doing shadow work which might be a help of the process idk
