I have a question. Why would emergency heat not work but regular heat and AC work. Do you have any ideas what could be going on. Keep up the good work.
If it is a heat pump, with electric back up… something might be going on with the electric heat kit. Burnt element, broken wire, bad relay… a bunch of stuff. If it’s a heat pump with gas back up, it could be literally anything going on with the furnace.
