Klx is very purpose built, xpulse is better for any average enthusiast who wants a do it all bike. Also xpulse is getting an upgrade soon...lets see what hero does.. I would love a bigger engine xpulse to compete with Himalayan and Ktm adventure etc..hero should use its Dakar experience to make a bulletproof bike and work on service issues . None of the bike is a tourer - Xpulse Rally kit is an offroad bike and so is KLX 230 5. Xpulse has more torque at 200 cc than KLX 230 cc so the former is a more powerful bike but KLX 230 has power to weight output advantage.

And I'm so happy that we're finally getting such purpose built machines instead of the jack of all trades that manufacturers have been giving us so far. Even KTM finally seems to be poised to offer distinct variants of the 390 to suit particular styles of riding (would love to see the rumoured supermoto 390 come true). Because such focused machines make for singularly fun and characterful motorcycles!
I own an interceptor. Iv done a lot of touring for 6 years now. And i havent done any offrading.iv planning to sell my bike and upgrade to a car.. so this bike we an ideal bike for offroading and city commute. As my touring will be covered in my car.. if this bike comes to 2lac onroad il definitely buy one.
One thing I noticed in my Xpulse ownership is the overall fit and finish quality and engine are mediocre. Kawasaki will be way better. For touring, people should wait for W230.
just the video i needed thanks bhai! and ekdum correct cause klx is ok for trails and all , yeah fir you can use it as like a weekend ride to trails and offroads. me and two more guys went to vietnam and two of us had honda crf150 and one had yamaha 155 , we did a 18 day ride .lekin vietnam ka and idea ka totally alag scene hain.. the roads and the traffic sense and agar aap first time rider ho to ha jiang loops main sab recommend karte hain ki you get a local guide aur aap piche betho,just my experience, also there is not definite use of saddle stay if for example you have a tail bag you can mount it.. and thats more convinient.. if you are light traveller like me,.. but yeah its better to go for xpulse 400 which is yet to come.. i think thats more then sufficient .as i said before if you have money and just stay at mountains or trails around you ( preferably south india ) or maharashtra to it will work rest sirf chochla hain!
i go n do enduro trails every weekend on hills on my trek Xcaliber 9 mtb, and i always have to carry my friends and my mtb on my pickup truck to reach destination with is 70km approx, so me and my friends have decided to buy klx230 as we want to enjoy trails on motorbike and its perfect for us, and we can ride it to the destination instead of carrying on my pickup truck , it solves our problem ,and i never even think about xpulse as u cannot do enduro on it,its a good bike for masses though

Actully design wise dekha jaaye toh Hero ki Impulse jo thi woh proper off-road bike thi. Jiska design KLX se milta julta tha. Lekin apne pass Particular purpose ke liye bike aisi off road bike jayada koi leta nahi hai. So Impulse aachi off-road bike hone ke karan bhi usko accha response mila nahi aur Hero ko ushe discontinued karna pada. Phir Hero ne mass public ko dhyan rakhte multi purpose Xpulse 200 le aayi jo public ko bahut pasand aaya. Aur Xpulse 200 bike price aur maintenance ko dekhte bahut aachi hai. Aur jald hi Xpulse ka naye powerful engine wala model aanewala hai. So let's wait for New Xpulse. Hope hai ki hume woh sab mile jo chahiye.😊

You’re overestimating the Indian market😅. This bike will probably have an ex-showroom price of ₹2.5-7 lakh, and all the spec-sheet warriors will start comparing it with the Himalayan😂. We’ve already seen these kinds of nonsensical comparisons before (like NS400 vs R15, GT650 vs RC390, CB300R vs Speed 400, etc.). They’ll say things like, ‘Your bike only makes 20 bhp, and mine makes 40 bhp,’ without even taking a test drive. This is why bikes like cb300r, Nx500, gs310 etc will never sell. This is why brands like Yamaha don’t bring there A game into India. Even if they bring bikes like xsr155, they will compare with pulsar and go for only that🥲
Suzuki, Honda & Yamaha are totally insane to buy in India. Imagine your bike footrest rubber is gone, you are done & you have to wait all day. This is never the case of Bajaj. If you buy a Bajaj the benefit is you can easily replace any rather than repair. TVS is abomination.
Talking about the SX Enduro? Well I'm from that era and have owned and raced many 2 strokes like the RX100, Shogun, Shaolin and RX135 5 speed in FMSCI and INRC events from the mid 90s to the late 2000s. And so let me tell you this, the SX Enduro was a neither here nor there bike. It had anaemic power, the factory expansion chamber on it was a joke just to fool people like you. It had rib tyres on its front wheel for crying out loud ! It was a lot slower than the Yamahas and the Suzukis. The only thing great on it was the front mudguard which we used to buy and use on our Yamahas and Suzukis for dirt races and rallying. Almost no one has used the SX Enduro in race events and have ever won a race against the Yamahas or the Suzukis. The only good 2 stroke worth mentioning that Kawasaki Bajaj ever launched was the KB125. It was faster than a Shogun by a small margin but still slower than an RX135. And darn that bike had proper imported trail tyres on both wheels when it should have been the SX Enduro that must have had them. I feel bad you never got to taste a proper 2 stroke in the good old days and still are trying hard to take the new generation for a ride. Guess what, you're not the only one from that age and we ain't dead yet 😂

Neither is off road, these are both dual sport. Real off road bikes are something else

India had a real two stroke dirt bike from Kawasaki Bajaj. I feel bad for this generation who haven’t ridden two strokes 😍😍

Talking about the SX Enduro? Well I'm from that era and have owned and raced many 2 strokes like the RX100, Shogun, Shaolin and RX135 5 speed in FMSCI and INRC events from the mid 90s to the late 2000s. And so let me tell you this, the SX Enduro was a neither here nor there bike. It had anaemic power, the factory expansion chamber on it was a joke just to fool people like you. It had rib tyres on its front wheel for crying out loud ! It was a lot slower than the Yamahas and the Suzukis. The only thing great on it was the front mudguard which we used to buy and use on our Yamahas and Suzukis for dirt races and rallying.
Almost no one has used the SX Enduro in race events and have ever won a race against the Yamahas or the Suzukis.
The only good 2 stroke worth mentioning that Kawasaki Bajaj ever launched was the KB125. It was faster than a Shogun by a small margin but still slower than an RX135. And darn that bike had proper imported trail tyres on both wheels when it should have been the SX Enduro that must have had them.
I feel bad you never got to taste a proper 2 stroke in the good old days and still are trying hard to take the new generation for a ride. Guess what, you're not the only one from that age and we ain't dead yet 😂

Bhai woh toh hain magar mere hisabse baat off roading ka bhi nehi mass market Xpulse ke pichce hi jayenge ismain aapse thoda slightly contradictory hu kyou boliye toh Indian biking culture mix and match up toh hain magar ratio proportion wise dekhenge toh economical hain aur zyada village aur remote areas pe commute karne wale hain aaj bhi honda hero se detach hogayi hain magar log adv, motocross chodke lighter cubic capacities se hi wohi kheti main bhi chaladete hain aur flat roads pe bhi aur efficient bhi hain simultaneously isiliye dekhiye Royal Enfield ek 350 cc category hokar bhi 35-45 kmpl same as Jawa and Yezdi toh Kawasaki, ktm , Huqsvarna 🇨🇿 pe invest kyou kare magar at the same time 🕰️ kuch categorical amateurs aur trail riders aise bhi hain joh insaab pe invest karna pasand karte hain 🙏🙏🙏🙏
