Don’t forget his q slows, he does % max hp physical damage, he has 3 dashes, 3 displacements, crowd control immunity, a 40-65% damage reduction, and he’s a combination tank/assassin. Oh and his ult gives him omnivamp. 👍
Even hwei, with 10 abilities, has less stuff in his kit than K’sante.

Riot removing every bit of communication and saying the toxicity got less is such a riot thing to conclude out of data of any kind.
Some people overuse pings, and sometimes it gets annoying. But you know what I usually did when it got annoying? I muted them. Completely removing them was a terrible decision, particularly since I can’t recall when I used the “alive” ping to flame anybody. It had other purposes - I mainly used it to praise other players, when they made a very good play or escaped from a dangerous situation, or when I wanted to give information to my team so we can play around the death/ smite timers of our own team.
You know what would completely remove all toxicity? Remove all communication, or even better, make LoL a single player game. Wouldn’t that increase the game experience for everybody? /s

Well to be fair bigger budget now does not mean results now... For instance if they were to remake the entire game to be more in line with the quality of Wild Rift, they could've just now had the resources to do that but it might not be ready for another couple years

Other than that Riot did so many disappointed thing this year and I didn't even included Riot Phreak - Head of the Balance Team, making the most out of touch, dumbest take and then hide behind the "I got sent Death Threat" card.
I legit burst in laughter at the last K`sante Clip. I returned recently to league so i wasnt 100% familiar with that dude but holy shit thats ridiculous

If you mean the clip after showmaker's rant and all the changes, that was because of a combination of several bugs he developed following the changes, its not possible anymore. Ksante himself after all the changes and several bugfixes is much healthier and fair now.

Did a little rewind of 2023 - this video covers both GOOD and BAD, it isn't only about bad things, it's a year summary. - I'd say year overall was average?
Particularly interesting thing was the massive mid-season patch. Let's see if Riot does similar in 2024.
As for best bugs of 2023 - I'm working on a separate video - not gonna be as short as this one x).

Men the stattik shiv meta that last for like 3 months was the highlight of this 2023 every champion with shit waveclear always build it and deal 150 to you as well
It reignited pyke mid with the stupidest fucking combo of all time. Comet, Shard into Shiv first item and component, and inspiration for your second rune category for free stopwatch you could later build into Zhonya's was sheer cancer.

You are not accounting for Arena mode, Nexus Blitz, and several reworks and preseason changes coming to the game, which they even said in a video on that they been working quietly all year and couldnt show the preason changes until its ready. So item reworks, new items, new map, baron pit that has various forms. So my guy you are willfully ignorant or just a hater on league. They have been doing tons of work and changes. Also skin quality is subjective, so that point is debatable

Thank god they reworked him. I found the old asol gameplay so bad that it wasnt even funny. The new one is at least playable and feels like what a dragon should be. I never understood the people that cried about the rework. So thanks Rito.
But I didn't want genericDragonFantasy1838382, the fucking breath and flying would have fit a Shyvana rework better. He just feels like yet another mid mage now.
As someone who just came back to league like 2 months ago, yeah this was one of the years of all time
Riot's wonderful approach of "handling" toxicity by removing any and all methods of communication that can be used toxically.
I predict that by 2033 Riot will have completly removed all pings and the in game chat.
And the friend system, and the emote system. Complete with the champion emotes
by 2033 it will be a auto battler, so no one can be reported for playing bad, no one can troll no one can do anything reportable, so toxicity will be gone ^^
By 2035 multiplayer will no longer be a thing to combat toxicity. All teammates and enemies will be replaced with new ai bots. 👏

S13 was by far the biggest trainwreck of a season since the game's release. S8 wasn't pretty either but nothing compared to this one.
But judging from what we know about the game's intended direction for 2024-25, it looks like Riot has had a come to Jesus moment, in matters directly related to gameplay at least, so I'm cautiously optimistic.

Gotta love it when Hwei got all the utilities a champion can get from (long range poke, aoe damage, heal/shield, DoT, CC) and he is in the same roster as Zliean (who run fast and laugh)

Zil is probably not the best choice for a shit champion, free xp to allies 100% speed and slows a rez long range poke and stuns

Let's not forget Phreak gaslighting us, once again, when he for no reason started to flame Velkoz mains; saying they just flame and be mean, when they're literally the nicest mains and give constructive feedback. And he also said Velkoz mains don't know their own champion regarding some interaction/bug... only for August to confirm that indeed the Velkoz mains were right and that it would be fixed.
2023 was the year Phreak completed his full transition into the villain.
I mean.. Phreak was originally a shoutcaster, a job which requires one to put their idiocy and arrogance on full display at all times. He was always a moron and never should have gotten such an important role in the game's design team. His interactions with the community are just holdovers from his shoutcasting days and proof that he actually believes the dumb stuff that comes out of his own mouth. Unfortunately for him, being an idiot when it's literally your job to play the clown is a lot more acceptable than being an idiot when you are in a position of power and responsibility, and he has yet to figure that out.

Hey vandiril, just saw the vision video and wanted to say this. When it comes to games, you can find a solution to near enough any issue that can occur, usually there's many ways to do it too. Stuff like the vision bug is purely just because there's very little effort actually put into this game and I think people are starting to realise it. Many solo devs have fixed issues for their games that big companies will say is impossible and its honestly just a joke at this point.

Riot when they design a champion with a completely unique playstyle that demands a high level of execution to perform but is very powerful once mastered, providing a gameplay loop unlike anything else in the game that attracts a small but extremely dedicated group of players willing to put in the practice needed to use him at his full potential, only to decide that this state of affairs is somehow a problem that needs to be fixed.

Man still can’t get over t1 winning worlds. They had a rough year and nobody had them high up on the list to win worlds, BUT THEY FUCKING DID IT

Ngl even watching Challenger streams scoreboard pings are used for being obnoxious like 80% of the time.
But obviously, the real problem is Riot not banning people for being whiny bitches. Not whatever tools they use to act that way. I got queued with someone who was on a 8 game loss streak, they went like 2-12, told me to kill myself, and instead of getting banned they got a chat restriction and then went 1-10 in a game they queued up right after. Fucking wild.
Idk what was worse: the "ultimate" skin, 200usd chromas, overpriced banners, or Briar.
My team never paid attention to my attempts at communicating so that didn't affect me personally.
