Very cool! If it were me, I would get the Hasegawa street version which is a curbside, and build it with the engine from the Revell. The tires and wheels for the street version are different and much skinnier. The Hasegawa kit comes with both sets of wheels.
Yes, more Luka's kits - Yay! Mine has a beat up box too. Sorta reminds me of their Porsche 928 Rally issue. The Entex one I have is 1/20 scale. I say it; Ita-Larry.
I have the haswgawa kit. I love the look of this car. Didnt know revell had one. It does look like the italiari kit. Looking forward to seeing yours built.
Revell Stratos. I had absolutely no idea. That is too cool. I love those old Lancias. John is awesome though. Very cool that he sent that. Looks like a fantastic kit too. Thank you for sharing
Very cool! You must be a mind reader, LOL. Thoughts of that car has been in my mind as of lately. I remember building that car as a kid and would like to find another. I dont remember who made the kit but it was a more simple kit than that one. Anyways Thanks for bringing back some old memories.
I didn't know there was a Revell Stratos. I have an old Burago Stratos die cast that I repainted years ago. Black with gold wheels. I have no idea what happened to it.
Cool kit and hard to find.. Interesting story on the Stratos.. Lancia had a hard time selling them and there were stories of them sitting in showrooms for years.. Now they are worth a ton of money.. Great engine in them Ferrari Dino 6 banger
I am pretty sure this was a Revell of Germany kit. I know they also had a 1/16th scale version as well. I had this kit back in like 80 or 81, and I don't think they ever re-released this kit again. Luckily I have a couple in my stash, and yes, it is one of my favorite kits.
Yes! That’s the true way to say it… thanks for saying it properly 😊 for the lancia stratos… for italeri, well… you have to work on it 😂 but you are almost there (around minute 7); just the stress is on the “e” of italeri
The parts look a little to clean for Italeri, maybe a Heller. One thing for sure, rally cars got no love in this country in the 70's. I've spent a lot of time drooling over these at vintage races and have yet to see one driven without the driver's head at an uncomfortable angle to clear the roof. They always had a big smile on their face anyway!
Lol dont waste your time Matt, i sent in the (get a free model kit) card and it got sent back because no longer at the address.... i didnt really espect anything to come of it just wasting a stamp just incase , it was funny though the way it was sent back in like 2 days..... anyway cool kit brother man and i think your right about manufacture
According to Scale Mates, it's a Revell tooling.
Cool looking kit, I don't think I've ever seen one. Looking forward to watching that build!! 😁✌️

Based upon what I found in Scalemates, it was first sold as a Revell kit. It is a neat looking model. Thanks for sharing.

Great kit. Love those cars. I couldn't afford a large scale one, so I customized a few 1:64 diecast. And I've always pronounced it IT-a-Larry, BTW.
1 of the last kits i still need. Nice.

I never knew Revel made this kit. Not bad. I had the motorized 1/24 Tamiya one.
Cool kit

Awesome. THANKS 😃
@@TheLukaCeeChannel keep up, man 👍🏻 you are doing great!!!
Aaaaaaaagggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh... One of my worst nightmare kits! Built it, or I should say I TRIED to build it way back in 1979/80 I'd try it again!
I double dog dare ya! 😆
I want one! 🤣

Takara made the tooling

LLAP 🖖
Glad to help
Very cool vintage kit.
When was the last time you actually built a kit?
