Fiona Marley Paterson takes a look at issues around bus travel in Ambleside in the Lake District where bus fares are too high for potential passengers to use the bus instead of the car.
She spoke to workers and local residents who can't afford the fares on local routes operated by Stagecoach who are planning to raise fares for the first time in three years.
