There is nothing more satisfying than find long lost homesteads. Many of these beautiful places haven't been occupied for a hundred years. I love treasure hunting these sites with my metal detector. The relics, coins, tokens, bottles and jewelry tell the story of these abandoned places. The history we save is truly amazing.
