Good video! I'm a Procurement Analyst at a software company and I find our team are not involved with the sourcing aspect, most times the business owners go out and find the product, and come to our team with a product or service - often times already negotiated. I guess you can say it's a "partial" Procurement bypass. How do we deal with this if our company is large (with complex purchase requests) and our team is small, without deep knowledge of the products these teams want to buy?
