    Wow, Ramon Dekkers is insane. Cor Hemmers deserves a ton of praise too, his pad training and ability to bring out the best is crazy!

    Ramon is my biggest inspiration ever! it's nice to see Cor Hemmers work, you can see near the end he raises the pads and starts getting into it, so was I. Cheers!

    mma fighters can still learn from this, hahaha most of mma fighters think they have a stand up kickboxing/ muay thai style , but sorry, they dont!.. legende uit Nederland..

    @grehan19: i've asked Ramon myself. Also i've trained in the dekkers gym for several years. I've also lived all of my life in Breda so i'm very sure. btw this is in a stadium

      Steroids as well. I'm a fan but apparently, he was taking stuff (info from a former muay Thai champion he got from people who knew him).
      He also probably trained too hard. It's not good for longevity to reach high intensities too often: in one interview, his staff said he was always training 100%. He also fought too often (comes with the latter). Modern, smart training balances better between the different intensities.

    so my question is ; was dekkers only conditioning himself with pads ? Wasn't he running or sometinh else?

      Burak Akça yes. he ran in a forrest in breda called mastbos. for the joeri mes fight he did a lot of spinning or rpm...indoor cycling

      Burak Akça RPM is the indoor spinning class where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music...don't know how many miles or km...sorry

      You ever met ramon ? Unfortunately as being his big fan, i'd been planning to visit him when he was alive. I really wanted to talk to him face2face. Like... i wanted to know how he felt in Thailand and whole his life. I needed his lfie xperience from his own-self.
