Is there a way to tap in when getting onto a crossrail train when you've got off a greater anglia train without going in and out of the station

there should be some oyster card readers within the stations such as at 29:50 on platform 5 (crossfail towards central london and heathrow)
also on platforms 9 and 10 (at 20:18)

if i manage to go back to stratford, i'll definitely show where the oyster card readers are for those with national rail tickets!
this is because i did it for kentish town before the closure started

@LokiAvivson im pretty au fait to using transport in the london area, but i do feel like stratford is uniquely confusing if you dont use it very often and you have to think quickly to make a connection. It just opens up so many questions and doesn't have any areas split up by ticket barriers that would answer them. Like, if you come off the jubilee line intending to get on the overground, should you tap out at the jubilee platforms and tap in at the overground, or tap nowhere at stratford and just when you leave the network - or if you want to go right next-door to the dlr to stratford int. Having ticket barriers between the different operator platforms would make things simple, but of course that would immediately create horrendous overcrowding at an already cramped station
Also 10a should be renumbered it's got nothing to do with 10 so silly
