First I'm proud that I'm from the nation where yoga born (in Bharat) and spread across the world now.
It helped me a lot to come out of depression and stress in my professional and personal life. And can say many health Benifits too which is actually side afffects of Yoga as per experts.
I also witnessed the massive impact of Yoga during my wife's pregnancy. Doctors said that she will have to go for C-section due to her height and other complications.
But due to continuous practice, She Delivered normally (both babies) which is miracle for everyone in our family.

பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் எனக்கு முதுகுத் தண்டில் பிரச்னை. டாக்டர் சர்ஜரி என்று சொல்லி விட, நான் சக்தி சலன கிரியாவில் மேருதண்ட முத்ரா வைத்து தினமும் 30 சுற்றுகள் அதிகம் செய்து சர்ஜரி இல்லாமல் குணமடைந்தேன்.சத்குரு சரணம் ❤❤❤
