Look man, I really enjoy your work here. We have a lot in common as it pertains to this chronic illnesses piece. I appreciate the change you did with rebranding. I’m loving it. I want to thank you for sharing your experiences and your journey with the world. It lets us know that we’re not the only ones out here dealing with it. I have high blood pressure diabetes. My mom died when she was 50. I was 30. I’m the oldest of nine. I have all of the problems she had Plus I’m almost 50 now and I have kidney failure. The moment I went on dialysis I stopped making beats which I have been doing since I was rapping in my mid-20s, I lost all motivation. I’ve been slowly trying to get back to it and this has been very encouraging. I’m more of a DAW-based creator but I get lots of inspiration from people like yourself yet still, I have not been able to get back in the groove since I got chronically sick. This is motivating me to do more work despite the illness. Thank you brother God bless you please keep sharing the work if you desire to cause a brother like me will surely check it out. I am with you on this better health journey. I went to the doctor when I was 16 and he said if you don’t lose some weight you will not see 30. I was about 250 pounds overweight with high blood pressure and everything that came along with that. I was addicted to food and sweets. It made me feel better. The problem I had with food was that you always have to deal with it. You have to eat to live. I was living to eat. I am now 59 years old and at a normal weight (160 pounds). I feel better now than I did in my late teens and 20s. It took me 2 years to lose the weight. I have been struggling with my weight ever since. I have gained and lost over the years. I made a life style change about 10 years ago. I didn’t want to go back to that 350+ pound guy again. Stay strong. Much love and respect.
Since Corona I know for my self a 100% that the Pharma industry is not here for helping humans but making much money possible. 😢
That was eye opening. I just turned 50 so health and diet are becoming a major consideration.
Peace Brother Your story is compelling man. I’ve been battling similar issues since 2015. My son was born and I was in the hospital a month later. I’ve been battling weight gain this entire time but, I’ve recently cracked the code. I’ve lost 22 pounds in about 6 weeks. Lifestyle/ diet change is challenging but, it is not impossible man. I encourage you to stay motivated and healthy for your family. Peace

I wish you well, dealing with my back pains still... Siting has been no fun over 3 months now.. Tomorrow Morning MRT... Then I still got to get an Apointment with the Dr.... But Glad you learning to listen to your body... It no fun getting old... I had it good to until last year, but with 58 I can't complain !!!
Wow man this brought tears to my eyes as I read it ...man whew!! Hey you said what needed to be said and heard we all go through stuff and feel like we are the only ones but iron sharpens iron ..you lifted'up built and encouraged alot of us keep your head up and pushin forward .

Your video came at me just as I had yet another bad night here in the UK.
I feel for you for both your losses and also health issues.I turned to music about 2 years ago ...and people like yourself have been amazing in teaching me. I thought I had a chest infection..my breathing was terrible and one night I drove myself to hospital..I was there for about 6 hours..blood tests..ecg. chest x ray..etc...they said I had acid reflux. For 6 months I could not sleep at night..as when I lay down..I just could not breathe..I didn't understand that everytime I lay down..my lungs were filling with water..so I slept in a chair.
One day I was working and felt so short of breath..I managed to drive to the hospital where I collapsed.They got me in RESUS...pumping me full of oxygen...then came the news...I had Congestive Heart Failure...I was given a Cardiac MRI scan to get my Ejection Fraction...that shows the percentage at which your heart is working..mine was 22%
I couldn't work..therefore I sold my house...and I now rent...I will be 67 on Wednesday...I always think...there is someone else out there that is a worse situation..I know that my time is getting shorter..but my music gets me through..when I say music..I guess I mean trying to learn the Force and MPC X...but I get great pleasure from trying to learn. It took great courage to put out your video...thank you for sharing ...stay healthy...keep helping others..proud of you Marcus...
