Hats off to inc who did not even check the companies' previous records and just gave the permission of entering india and operating a dangerous gas plant without any strict rules just for their own profit. And thanks to the then inc ministers who took action against those trying to help the people of bhopal and also helped the owner of that company to run away from india.
And today's people forget these biggest scams and only talk about one or two mistakes of current govt everytime.
PM aur CM ke help ki bina vo kaise bhaag sakta tha??!! Ofcourse govt was with the scamster as they were a scamsters on their own, who only thought of their profit and gave no importance to lives of people of their own country.
Expired company ko nahi band krna hi main reason tha...govt was fully 100 percent responsible for the incident

बैरागढ़ स्मशान घाट पर दुसरे या तिसरे दिन एक नगर निगम के गाड़ी में चालीस पचास लाशें लाये उन्हें एक जगह एकके उपर एक रखकर उसपर डीझल डालकर जलता छोड़कर गाड़ी लेकर वे दुसरी खेप लाने के लिए निकल गई यह मैंने भी अपनी आंखों से देखी है।

Its was negligence on the part of the company flouting safety norms and the Audit team, the municpal team that needs to inspect , the then govt that allowed the union carbide chief to escape out of the country.
Infact the than pm himself helped him to escape and provided him chartered plane
