I feel that the bump up in difficulty was premature as well, one qualy performance does not a dominant car make! Go back to 107, do 4 or 5 different tracks, then see where you are.
Ben, PLEASE pay attention to the revs at launch. The game itself tells you the perfect rpm and after years playing the game you didn't notice that banging the revs isn't the fastest way to launch. The optimal RPM at launch is around 11k. Pay attention to that and you'll see that it will be way smoother.
Ben, don't rev your engine out on startup of a race. What I am saying is, keep your revs at like 10k-11k(-ish), so that your wheels don't spin out, as they do when you rev out your engine.
Huenii disagree, his 2018 carrer mode was super entertaining to watch he took the challenge and played from the very start of the carrer mode at 110 on a Sauber. It was a miracle if he managed to even get points at first and eventually the Sauber got so OP that 110 difficulty was a cakewalk. Ben just needs to leave the difficulty at 110

Why did you go for the two stop? It was less than 0.6 seconds faster on paper and you're always going to lose a lot more time than that re-overtaking the one-stoppers.
AI 110 is just unrealistic imo. Their top speed and acceleration off the corners is ridiculous. I tried with Merc on 110 just to measure and I got mugged by a Red Bull :D
These upgrades set from Abu Dhabi to Australia should be developed in the Winter Testing as another feature to be on F1 2020 I think. Then we should run the eight days of Winter Testing at Barcelona (real time events, as you can manage it from the game settings) with a team specific testing programme, like Mercedes would be focusing in the long run and reliability, McLaren should be testing full speed and Ferrari, well Ferrari would be trying to find themselves in the first place LOL
disapointing to see that the constructors standings from the previous season still has no impact on what order the garages are in the pitlane but it does at least look like the driver pictures above the garages change with transfers... Be interesting to see if being at the end of the pitlane hampers any title charge from Williams.

Can confirm, the development goes crazy in season 2. McLaren went from 600 (midfield) to 100 (league of their own) on the performance chart between Melbourne and Silverstone. They got so good that Hamilton left Mercedes mid season to go back to McLaren.
I have a theory upping the difficulty increases the AI's grip. The higher it is, the more I lose them on the exit of corners, leading to them pulling away on straights. That 'simulation' pace during a session is one of my biggest gripes after all these years also...
