in crpc only 1 schedule not 2 schedule ,please note it. you can say 1 schedule in which there are 2 parts. the 1st part relates to offences regarding ipc offences ,2nd part relates to other offences in any other acts.
As per my knowledge in CRPC there is 2 Schedule in which 1st Schedule talks about Classification of offences and 2nd schedule talks about Forms. Thank you...
