The overproduced version is so good too. The song could take any form and be brilliant. But I agree this is more suited to the song. I do prefer the “overproduced” version due to the synths and ambience
@@Bubdiddly Yeh mate its obviously a great song, but tbh i never listen to the suck it and see version just think its weak compared to this and submarine, same with most songs on that album, great songs but i dont like how they sound on that album. Each to their own though
i think the SIAS version is perfectly fine but i do prefer the submarine version, it suits the song much better imo.

I love Piledriver Waltz, it's probably one of my favorite songs from Suck It and See, but, you freaking have wonderful Matt there doing nothing! They should've chosen a song that Matt could actually do something in.
Matt sang in others songs after this one. I guess they have chosen this one because the acoustic version is incredible.

@@clauclau11 well if you look at their actual style and sound of music. There's only 10 maximum that people know the words to and are gentle enough to play acoustic. They want to mix it up occasionally by putting different ones there. Piledriver Waltz was there for them to mix it up a bit. The rest Matt does something. They just want to mix it up. Besides he agreed to have that song played lmfao
