think of it like port priority; if something doesn't say the order in which it applies to sinners, you can safely assume that it goes from number 1 and then works its way up from there. It's consistent, this is how it even works for deciding who benefits from support passives.
So, mersault has a charge id for all three of the big charge groups, Hammersault (Rose-spanner), Rhinosault (R-corp), And W-corp (...W-corp, as previously stated)
i feel like she was made to be more like a stereotypical 3 star charge id with team wide charge buffs strapped onto her. i don’t see how her buffs come into play though

Imo this isn't a bad thing. The reason BL Kim provides so many powerful buffs is because the blade lineage was, at the time, kinda bad. The new ids helped a lot, but ultimately Kim is the glue that holds the team together, whereas a charge team isn't in need of a Kim, and every identity holds their own pretty damn well.
Question: why is your R Heath not on the 6th slot to not be the one who takes the load, spend all his bullets on anything that is not quick suppression in the long fights, and not being able to use that tier 2 gift that gives haste and pierce dmg? He can't even get value from load or that tier 3 gift for increasing coin power for rip space and ddedr, so why is he deployed so early? My order was always Ryoshu, then Don, Ish, Yi Sang, Meursault and Heath. Well, from the time when I finally got W Sang.
But I want him to get the Load Buff? Also him getting his second slot faster makes normal encounter fasters Yes he runs out of bullets in long fights But in MD there isn't a lot of longs fight The Time Ripper fight lengh is usually a lot shorter I just stalled to get Outis to build up Potency so I could do a 6 Load Buff

And, I kinda feel like +5 offence level 20+ rolling s2 of Ryoshu should clear faster than a +5 off lvl 16 roller 4 coin that doesn't get +20% more dmg for 2 last coins. I honestly think he is fine with just 1 skill slot, while Ryoshu becomes a monster with 2 slots, so I would much rather use her second. Plus most of my charge runs are actually poise runs in disquise, since 2 pride skills are too often from her. I kinda prioritize replacing her s1 for s2 instead of s3, or replacing Heath's s1 to s3. She is just better. But also, like, there is that pierce tier 4 gift for the 3rd slot. If get it by any chance, I will switch Heath to 3rd slot.

Im thinking on doing an charge team soon getting the Ids and everything but i dont know whats better, Fully W corp team (outis, ryoshu, don, mersault, yi sang, hong lu) or this team with R corp ishmael and heath, im just a little bit confused on that since i dont know what fits better for an charge team
R Heath is one of the Top units in the game R ishmael is a little annoying because of her SP loss But she would be the main Blunt damage of the team So I would recommend using the team with R Corp
If rod was in the Rewards it gets removed from the drop pool So you can't find it anywhere else Like shop or trying to fuse for it That is to prevent getting 2 duplicates of a item

Yeah as far as I can tell, load applies in deploy order while the clash power applies in reverse deploy order, so you can make the worst clashers clash ever so slightly better and the better clashers hit harder.

I liked this RR and I usually hate RR content but this chain battle system is really fun
Quick note - I'm fairly certain that you can't lose your potency at all, if you will spend all the coint it still be there displayed as 2/0 etc
In game it looks so cursed. 2 potency 0 count is not really something you see at all
