- The 125% energy Strategy, you will hear it mentioned often. In this video I will give you some basics behind what it is, and what people use it for. It's a strategy that can benefit people from as little as 3 common sneakers all the way to maximum energy.
STEPN is a Move 2 Earn game building on Solana and really getting into the communities eyes and minds. It's a very basic start to the game, you move for 10 minutes a day with an NFT of a pair of sneakers, and you earn $GST every day!
Kicking off a new series where I will try to bring you small strategies in the game you can do, not all based around having lots of sneakers in game. I want to try to put out lots of information where you can work with 1-3 sneakers and use them for different strategies.

oh so for 10 energy i wait for the bar to be full and 15 mins before the next refill about 5 hr n 45 mins later i start the walk and by the end of the walk i would of have done the strategy?

@@BinanceStuff I mean you can go 4-10 on Joggers, and it's a slightly higher base earnings with jogger, but if you're happy with a walker I don't see why not as an option to look at
If i got 5 energy (2 common + 1 uncommon ). how many energy it will refilled per time? 1.25? and how many energy it will consumed if i run it right after each refill? I mean can i do the 125% like 1 common 2 energy (0.6 per time)?

If you were to suggest what shoes to get stats wise like the gems what would you suggest, like is efficiency the best?
early on, as a new beginner you want to earn GST to buy and mint more, so really you want an efficiency pair.

Is it possible to do a 20 energy session in 2 parts (morning run 50min and afternoon run 50min) by pausing the run and for few hours and continue in the afternoon in the same session? To try to get the higher level mystery boxes???
if you pause for longer than 30 minutes, usually it will end the session, I just do 125% at most personally

For the 125% method, When you start running or walking 21 minutes before your next energy refill, do you also hit the start button on the app? Will the energy refill while you have an active activity file open when energy replenishes?Thank you
yes mate, so depending on how much energy you have to begin with depends how close to the energy reset you start, but it aytomatically adds the next 25% refill ampint to your total once it clicks into the next one

Should i be able to do this strategy pnly at level 7/9, or i could continue upgrading my jogger?

Yes you can continue to upgrade your sneaker.
Take care about ur sneakers resilience, cuz u might be spending more in repairs doing this and maybe u will be less rewarded then concentrating energy.
@@russ3lxp i had a walker lvl 7, doing that 0,5 x 4 i spent 1/100 repair life each time 0,38gst. Instead 5/100 repair life. I saved 0,38gst on repair.
Now, with a jogger lvl 7, doing the 0,5 x4. I spent 2/100 repair life each time

Can i transfer sneakers from an account to another account?
If yes do they have cooldown for usage or mint?
For example me and wife
there is a cooldown of 48 hours to mint, and then a further cooldown of 24 hours when you send it back, meaning 3 days of lost earnings, but doable

doing 125% Energy gives you more energy in a single session to give you more chance at a higher lever MB

Focus more on earning than on health and walking. I think over the time once out if this people will stop excercising as there is no monetary benefit. This takes out the sole purpose of excercising which is own health.

it's all on the whitepaper, 1-2 sneakers is 2.0 energy, 3-8 sneakers is 4.0 energy

Thank you for this video. Just to clarify, to do the 125% trick (with 4 energy), I would wait until I have my full 4 energy, and then I would look at the the refill timer, and when it is is about 5-6 mins away from another refill, I would start my session, so that during my session, at 5 mins in, I would have burned 25% of my energy (1 energy) by running, but then since a refill is due, it will refill during my session and i'll be back at 4 energy during the session (even tho i already used 1 energy), thus equaling 5 total energy used in 1 session?
nailed it mate, yes spot on. you could start 5-15 minutes before your energy reset timer, and all is sweet :)
Doesn't work, tried yesterday
I went out for walking with full energy(4), 10 minutes before the refill, after 20minutes of walking the energy was over, i had to finish that run and start another.

you shouldn't take damage, but you dont earn anything extra. the paid exercise should just be a start to your day ultimately:)
