This movie was absolutely incredible. The kind that is worth seeing on the big screen. I actually felt like I was flying with the geese in the sky. Everything about it was just beautiful and I highly recommend!!
My son loves this book. He saw two frames of this trailer across a restaurant and immediately knew it was wild robot and he is so excited. This is the first movie that he is anticipating and wants to see in the theater.
For those who wander the robots name is Roz and the reason she talks and she learns the animals language is actually a part of the book itself she does also eventually get a house that was built by a beaver but it doesn't show up in the movie trailer
For those wondering why the animals are talking... ...a big reminder that the animals also talked in the original book too. This still looks wonderful and I have every trust in the world for Chris Sanders. Also, this is getting an IMAX release? Huh. Was not expecting that.
Honestly doesn’t surprise me that it’s getting an IMAX release because the films first trailer was formatted in IMAX during the IMAX showing of Kung Fu Panda 4.

Everything about The Wild Robot was absolutely beautiful. It's now one of my all time favorite movies! PLEASE LET IT WIN BEST ANIMATED FEATURE AT NEXT YEAR'S OSCAR'S!!!!
ehhh, i read the book when i was younger, so ill admit i have a bias against things like this, but i sincerely dont think this is fitting, i don’t expect the movie to be like the book (like at all tbh, look at what they did to httyd), and i definitely expect way more humor, but this is a bit of an extreme, that i just dont picture happening in any version of the story. (tbh tho, this sounds like a place holder sound lol)
I saw this trailer today, and within 2 hours, I'd seen it many times, over 20 times admittedly. By the end of the 2nd hour, i found myself holding this movie in my hands. I inserted it in my bluray player. Not knowing the emotions, the jorney i was about to endure. Laughter, happiness, and tears of many meanings. This absolutely struck my heart and forever will live as the best movie I've ever seen. This is up there with iconic movies like Alita, V for Vendetta, Ready Player One, Wall-E, The Iron Giant, Shrek, and more. Beautifully done. What a masterpiece. Well done to the cast and DreamWorks.
Given that this is gonna be their last completely animated in-house film, earning an Oscar for best animated film would definitely off the end of an glorious era!
I don't know if it's just me but the idea of a mute film was really awesome. I tought it would have been like Wall-E. From the first trailer it seems that the robot could communicate with body language

@@animo358 no because in the original book the robot does learn to communicate with animals after a bit, so it makes sense that the movie wouldn't have dialogue for the first part but then the robot would learn how to communicate with them.

Bro actually thought he was Renaldo
When brightbill scream “AAAEAEAEAAHAHAHHAHAHAHHH😢😢😢”
I love that part, and when young Brightbill screams when he first sees Roz
"SWIM"
This was my favorite book as a kid. I remember it from read-aloud in school in first grade, and I remember how much awe I felt.
THE MOVIE IS GONNA BE SO PERFECT
Totally
Yes
hopefully, looks great
Don't jinx it
I hope so.
Just came out of the cinema. It was an amazing movie with beautiful animations! Anyone who hated this movie is talking "male bovine excrement!"
40 yo straight male here i loved it will watch again
I love how the voice starts as a Siri ripoff but Overtime gets emotion as she becomes wild
This is where the budget of megamind 2 went.
A soul for a soul… or in this case, a movie for a movie.
lol
And it looks a million times better than whatever Megamind 2 was
lol
Not every movie needs a sequel.
The first thing I noticed was how ROZZUM’s voice isn’t synthesized unlike her robotic siblings, and she starts by speaking robotically but with a human voice, but then speaks like a full-on human by the end
That was definitely intentional
@tuffinbozz-b5z So what you’re saying is they hired an amateur
@tuffinbozz-b5z Hm, we’ll just have to see in the final product then.
Went to THE WILD ROBOT twice in the first 6 days, absolutely loved it both times.
Honestly, this flim could get DreamWorks to rise high again if they do this the correct way
When she said "I am the wild robot" and wild roboted all over the place I felt that.
Yeah, I aint the biggest fan of the name drop either

god it would have been such a good line if it just said "i am home" with some dramatic delivery
I knew Pedro Pascal would fit perfectly as a fox with his charm and charisma
Pedro is EVERYWHERE.
Animation hasn't been the same since Spider-Verse and that is a good thing
EXACTLY. I just hope movies become 2D again as well. *Cough Cough* Disney.
Facts. I saw Inside Out 2 last night and it was gorgeous. This also looks visually beautiful making me excited to watch it
Stfu already with spider verse, spider verse fans literally can’t stop mentioning that mid movie.
@@quesovadotas3050 ur mid
Spiderverse looked horrible animation wise compared to old Disney films.
Babe wake up. The second trailer for The Wild Robot just dropped.
“Swim!” Drop kicks the gosling 😂😂😂
This movie was absolutely incredible. The kind that is worth seeing on the big screen. I actually felt like I was flying with the geese in the sky. Everything about it was just beautiful and I highly recommend!!
God this animation is gorgeous. I also love how low-stakes and emotionally-driven the story is.
“I’ll teach him how my mum taught me to swim” “drop kicks”
My son loves this book. He saw two frames of this trailer across a restaurant and immediately knew it was wild robot and he is so excited. This is the first movie that he is anticipating and wants to see in the theater.
Trust me guys, this movie is a 10/10. I've seen it
For those who wander the robots name is Roz and the reason she talks and she learns the animals language is actually a part of the book itself she does also eventually get a house that was built by a beaver but it doesn't show up in the movie trailer
Wonder.
Yes,isn’t the beaver who build the hut for Roz named Mr.Beaver?

For those wondering why the animals are talking... ...a big reminder that the animals also talked in the original book too.
This still looks wonderful and I have every trust in the world for Chris Sanders.
Also, this is getting an IMAX release? Huh. Was not expecting that.
Honestly doesn’t surprise me that it’s getting an IMAX release because the films first trailer was formatted in IMAX during the IMAX showing of Kung Fu Panda 4.
Wait, Kung Fu Panda 4 got an IMAX release? I don't remember it getting one.
The trailer itself showed she learned their language by watching them and collecting data for days and days.
This movie really looks Spectacular, but I hope it doesn’t have any toilet humor.
I'm very, very doubtful it will have any.
Man, DreamWorks are eating this up. I really hope it lives up to the hype 🙏🏾

I cried during this movie so much, BEST MOVIE EVER.
It looks excellent, but the visuals are so strong that I don’t think heavy dialogue was really needed.
It is based on a book with has dialogue
The movie is based on book and in the original story the dialogue was essential to making the story work.
Very much agreed
Hopefully there is a SFX only option
Yeah, I felt like the dialogue could’ve been lessened, but I am not complaining about this and I am fine with it
It hasn't even come out yet and I can already feel the tears coming in.
Glad to know I'm not the only one!
I love that at 2:31, she has and racoon coiled up on her head Davy Crockett hat style.
I had to rewind to see that. It’s such a short clip I missed it the first time. Thanks!
I literally just watched this movie and I can't recommended it enough! I'm a 26 year's old men and I cry my eyes out with so many beautiful moments.
Absolut cinema! ❤

I really thought that fox was going to shove that gosling into his mouth, lol 😂.

If The Wild Robot wins the best animated feature Oscar, two things will happen:
1) This will be the first time since Shrek that a computer-animated movie from Dreamworks has won the prize. In fact, Shrek was the inaugural winner of the best animated feature Oscar.
2) This will make three years in a row in which neither Disney nor Pixar wins the prize.
It deserves it now honestly
I really hope Inside Out 2 doesnt automimatically get picked instead
Wallace and Gromit the curse of the were-rabbit also it's to Dreamworks and won to Óscar from 2005
I watched this film two days ago, and it is, imo, the BEST MOVIE OF 2024!!! I nearly cried my eyes out!! What a phenomenal masterpiece this film is! The story, to the characters, to the music. Everything about The Wild Robot was absolutely beautiful. It's now one of my all time favorite movies! PLEASE LET IT WIN BEST ANIMATED FEATURE AT NEXT YEAR'S OSCAR'S!!!!
Invading Robots: You are ordered to return home!
Wild Robot: I am home!

This feels like a story suited perfectly for our time.

A classic
ehhh, i read the book when i was younger, so ill admit i have a bias against things like this, but i sincerely dont think this is fitting, i don’t expect the movie to be like the book (like at all tbh, look at what they did to httyd), and i definitely expect way more humor, but this is a bit of an extreme, that i just dont picture happening in any version of the story. (tbh tho, this sounds like a place holder sound lol)
Where is that scream come from?
1:09 Hollywoodedge Girl Screams Long Hi
2:53 Welcome back to IMAX, DreamWorks!
pedro can literally play almost every type of character and it'll still be amazing acting. That's why he's one of the best 😍
DreamWorks back at it again with the beautiful animation, and this story looks promising! Chris Sanders doesn't disappoint.
I cried when Roz leaves Brightbill and Fink and other friends so they are safe 😢❤

Given that this is gonna be their last completely animated in-house film, earning an Oscar for best animated film would definitely off the end of an glorious era!
Hopefully 🤞 bc Disney movies are always winning the best animated feature

@@ramirezproductions0826 I meant most of the times Disney movies won the awards
Virtually stunning, emotionally powerful, beautiful songs, The Wild Robot is everything.
Truly what a family animated movie is all about! Something I think Disney has forgotten lately.
This film is definitely going to win an award. Well done Dreamworks. I love the animation style.
This movie looks outstanding
Wait till you see Disney's The Brave Little Bat once it hits theaters. It'll be just as outstanding as The Wild Robot.
I don't know if it's just me but the idea of a mute film was really awesome.
I tought it would have been like Wall-E.
From the first trailer it seems that the robot could communicate with body language
The first trailer literally has the voice actors listed. I don’t see the confusion as to why this was gonna be a silent movie 🤭
I completely agree Dreamworks L
I've never been more let down by a follow up trailer. I thought it was a silent film piece! Criticing nature V Modernity.
I thought it would end like the Last Bastion and have the Robot chose nature. Not this....Kids choice awards wanna be looking schlock.
@@animo358 no because in the original book the robot does learn to communicate with animals after a bit, so it makes sense that the movie wouldn't have dialogue for the first part but then the robot would learn how to communicate with them.
@@Vexer70 I understand that entirely. Just. I did not know it was based on a kids book with the first trailer. So I thought it was...a movie that is animated. Something to go against those allegations that Animation is only for kids. But then this trailer came out.

I'm very happy... Task 2 complete!

I just came out of this movie. I don't think I've seen a movie as funny and heartfelt as this one. I've heard people wanting Lupita to be nominated for this, and I couldn't agree more.
To cast Kit Connor was a master mind move, strong casting makes a already strong movie such a power house! I'm so excited to see this!
Just finished this. One of the most beautiful animation ive watched. Got emotional at the part where Roz‘s task has been completed.
This trailer is proof that creativity in the animation industry isn't dead. I have a feeling this film along with Transformers One will challenge the modern industry to change their monetary way of thinking and instead just hire and allow the animation team to come up with more unique storytelling, settings with relatable characters as well as vibrant animation that's unique to the tone of the film.
I love how realistic it feels when the robot learns the language of the animals. They didn’t use talking animals like in fantasies.
"Realistic" Do you think animals use a form of language when communicating with their own in reality? Has that ever been proved?

I just saw the Wild Robot in theaters. This 2nd trailer for this movie alone just hits so different. So after seeing the whole movie now i can confidently say this is the best dream works movie ive ever seen. Y’all need to chill out about the robot and animals talking, it’s accurate to the book and the story is great. Give it a chance
I'm so excited that Lupita Nyong'o is gonna be part of this. She's such a good actress and I always wanted to hear her in an animated movie.
She was Raksha (Mother Wolf) in the ‘16 Jungle Book..
@@stefansalvatierra4913 Oh yeah, I forgot. She was also good in that.
I’m not. It ruins it for me that the robot has a female voice. I was excited for this until I heard the robot speak.
@@Dark_Kommissar The book depends heavily on the dialogue and Roz being presented more feminine. She was always going to have a feminine voice.
@@kemanorel3110 I’m sure that the movie is probably going to be good and that I’m just over-generalizing how I feel about recent trends in the movie industry. Nonetheless, it’s gotten to the point where I won’t be able to enjoy this movie without thinking that Hollywood is at it again. Maybe in a few years I’ll be able to watch this movie and appreciate it for what it is but right now, I won’t support any more movies with female leads.
The visuals, the voices, the plot, it has all the requirements to make this movie perfect.
It was such a beautiful movie. My wife and I loved it. We laughed, we cried, and it gave me hope. 8.8 out of 10. Animation was amazing!
