Very, very Burial inspired. However there is a lot more to this than the typical Burial urban sadness. This is still distinct, it has its own flavour.

Burial, a thousand times over.
I would say Burial has more of a somber, depressing tone than "up beat" but as for this sound in general. Yeah definitely check out Burial. He is the father of this sound.
