I'm not saying I dislike Felix's other content, but these vlogs of Japan are honestly the most calming and wholesome videos I've ever seen of his. They both just seem like they're being more genuine and giving an honest look at their daily life.

21:24 So, there was one thing I learned from a paramedic a while ago. It specifically was in reference to gatorade, but probably applies to other drinks as well. The paramedic basically said that if a person is in need of electrolytes, gatorade will taste much sweeter than it normally would. I learned it after a hard day of working and drinking mostly water and then having a racing pulse at the end of my work day. Otherwise I felt fine. work called paramedics to be sure. they checked me out and told me of the whole gatorade thing. they brought me one and damn if that wasn't the sweetest gatorade I've ever tasted. Completely not what is going on here, but just saying that taste changes with bodily needs. Pewds just didn't need that drink.
Gotta just love how great of a dog owner Felix is. Keeping EVERY concern about their comfort as a top priority, going out of his way to give them the best possible life in their old age. Then training them to bring the leash when they need to go out is the cherry on top. Respect 100.

Felix, this simple, relaxed "I moved to Japan" content is the best you've made in years. All of the noisy, tryhard, gotta-be-#1-on-youtube stuff absolutely pales in comparison. I subbed to you way way, way, back in the day because I found your gameplay vids interesting, but then lost interest when the channel became less about you and more about just grinding out content to gain viewers. Maybe that was necessary to get here, but this is where you're at your best.

I'm Japanese. This summer becomes hot so as to be said to be abnormality. As it is humid, I suffer from heat stroke in it unlike Europe in the summer in Japan. Look after yourself Eduardo! Life is tough sometimes, but we'd never appreciate all the goodness in it without those trials. I've been through plenty myself and though things are never going to be perfect, the difficulties do get easier, and less frequent with time. One meme I think about sometimes still said something along the lines of "Drink more water, get some sunlight. You're just a houseplant with more complicated emotions". I like that it boils self care down to such straightforward steps. Sometimes it can feel impossible to get up and look after yourself, but if you can look at things like you're just caring for a houseplant, it can be kind of fun doing little things for yourself. It really feels like Japan was such a great move for them. Makes me feel very relaxed and happy for them. Also I get to relive a little bit of just living day to day in Japan. I love it. I'll never be able to live there permanently but I love Japan so much.

It's real for pewds but it's not a typical day for a person living in Japan. Obviously alot more work hours,stress and ect. But all in all Japan is pretty nice look wise and people wise.

Felix, this simple, relaxed "I moved to Japan" content is the best you've made in years. All of the noisy, tryhard, gotta-be-#1-on-youtube stuff absolutely pales in comparison. I subbed to you way way, way, back in the day because I found your gameplay vids interesting, but then lost interest when the channel became less about you and more about just grinding out content to gain viewers. Maybe that was necessary to get here, but this is where you're at your best.

Look after yourself Eduardo! Life is tough sometimes, but we'd never appreciate all the goodness in it without those trials. I've been through plenty myself and though things are never going to be perfect, the difficulties do get easier, and less frequent with time.
One meme I think about sometimes still said something along the lines of "Drink more water, get some sunlight. You're just a houseplant with more complicated emotions".
I like that it boils self care down to such straightforward steps. Sometimes it can feel impossible to get up and look after yourself, but if you can look at things like you're just caring for a houseplant, it can be kind of fun doing little things for yourself.
