I felt a connection immediately! I’ve been going through some of your videos the boy friend secret is very relatable! Then I find out husband is Haitian!!! Woy! So am I!! Then you Fanta poured some Whitehaven!! That’s my sister in law’s favorite and I like to bring her a bottle when I visit with her!!! Congratulations on your channel! Blessings for continued good health and if you know of an African wedding coming up I’m interested I love to dance!!!
About driving.. MOST cars are actually LHD like in the US since they import most of their cars from here, but they drive on the left side like the rest of the UK, so when renting, you usually will have an American car, but have to drive on the left. Been there twice. First rental was awful, no AC Ugh! Second time we got the rental from a Grace Bay Rentals, and they got us a decent Jeep Compass from this decade. Food is Hella expensive. Even though shopping is 2-3x the prices than the US ( A box of cheerios was almost $13!), it still tends to be cheaper than eating out, since they slam on 12% sales tax, and then a 10% "service charge" which isn't even a tip, it just goes to *all* the employees to bump their pay, so you do need to tip another 10% on top of that. (Oh yeah, they charge you for bags; so bring your own!), so if you can get an all-inclusive for a good deal, definitely get that! Otherwise, you're better off doing your own shopping for most of your meals and cooking in your hotel. Congrats on the bill of good health, my mom's a cancer survivor, and it's the best news you can ever get!
Visited the Turks in July for our honeymoon and we had an amazing time. First day was a bit rough because we were getting adjusted to everything, but after that it was smooth sailing the rest of the week. Beautiful island but definitely expensive as hell.

Use our phone for navigation while out n about no issues. Btw if you planning on getting a rental car (highly recommend) be careful because as you are probably aware already they drive on the right side 👀🤦🏾♂️. It took a bit to get use to coming from the States. You must visit OMAR BEACH HUT RESTAURANT food is 💯😋. We had a great time once we adjusted to island lyfe.
Good question! So if you go to Google Maps, search Turks and Caicos Island, the island will pop up. Then click Download. It should right next to Share. Then it’ll download the Google Map for Turks and Caicos. That way if you don’t have any signal or service, you can use the maps offline. Let me know if you bump into any issues! I would recommend getting it in advance that way it’s secured and you don’t risk ending up w a bad rental company because they’re the only ones w a vehicle to offer. We can’t have THAT especially for your 30th 🥳
Our Airbnb was in the Bight Settlement area, yards off Grace Bay Beach. We loved it - great location from everything. We have a video showcasing it, that’s how great it was! Lol

I would recommend floating breakfast if you have a pool available, horseback riding, couple massages and beach lounging. You can even find private beach dinners
