Not sure your every restaurants a buffet if you are willing to pay line hits at a normal buffet.
Wow! I've lived in Vegas for 15 years. I've seen Los Cucos and to be honest, I never knew they were any different than the multitude of Mexican restaurants in town. This buffet is awesome. I'm definitely going there soon.

That first soup was not a pozole. It was a sopa de fideo which is pasta soup. And olla is oya. Thanks so much for introducing this. My husband will be so happy.

Definitely worth the price. The omelette and fruit station alone is worth the price.The cost of meat , vegetables and fruit have gone through the roof. It was adorable when jr grabbed Mrs explore Vegas’s food. Great review. TY.

Wow what a great mexican food buffet! Everything looked fresh and delicious. And the price is amazing for the variety of offerings at this buffet. I want to try the menudo and also the fried fish that your wife enjoyed. Aside from mexican food there were many offerings of mainstream breakfast items and desserts too! @@ExploreVegasI was actually impressed by your pronunciation of about 95% of the terms but candidly “Jamaica” gave me a chuckle but not as much as what you did with “Café de la Olla.”😂 It’s “Olla,” not “Hola.” Double-L in Spanish is pronounced as a Y in English, as in “tortilla.” “Olla” should sound a lot like “oh yeah” if that helps. “Café” is not “caf-ay” as in French or English but “caf-eh.” E in Spanish is ALWAYS “eh” (like the first syllable of “elephant,” never “ee” or “ay.” While I’m at it, X is Spanish is pronounced like H in English. Pronounce “Mexicana” as if it was written “Mehicana.” Again, I hope that all helps. Applause to you for all the words you DIDN’T butcher. On the whole, I sincerely think you did VERY well. Definitely above average for a non-native speaker. Cheers and thanks for the great video.

The pozole and menudo looked good. Those chilaquiles, man. Gonna hit that spot for sure with the fam. Suggestion: Get the chille relleno and chilaquiles at the same time. :)

they used to sell chocolate or hot fudge covered Twinkies they were my favorite not all the time but when i was working in the oilfield and could afford to do that yeah i would here and there!
It’s amazing how a simple Twinkie is so much better dipped in chocolate. I’m glad I got try try that. 😋😋😋

What a beautiful host! Everything looks amazing! You need to open a restaurant in Tucson Arizona. There are no buffets left here.
Agree there was one down 4th Restaurant El Moro and it used to be good years ago last time I ate there but not much of a very big selection. We need one like this!

I'm single and you're a (very lucky) happily married man. So let me say it: The most beautiful thing at the taco section is the gorgeous woman making them. I live in Toronto. Civic pride says Toronto has some of the finest Italian and Chinese food on Earth. You can find Mexican restaurants here that are better than Taco Bell, but great Mexican food is rare here. I would love a buffet like this in Toronto. I wasn't too impressed with the dessert section, even with a chocolate fountain, but there is so much to eat here that if I was there, there would only be a bit of room for dessert. Everything looked untouched. I was wondering if they restocked constantly until you said you had come early. I can't believe you took TWO sandwiches, but I have to admit they were pretty tempting. IN honour of Mexico you should have said "no comas el pan". Finally, I just want to say you are giving us quick looks at Explore Vegas Jr. He's very cute. It would be nice if you told us what Explore Vegas Jr. likes to eat at a buffet (besides bread). Thanks again. I am always happy to see your latest video. Whenever I see you have a new video I make a good meal before I start watching because I know I am going to be very hungry while I watch.
It’s a shame you don’t have good Mexican food near you. You caught me enjoying the sandwiches. I did stay away from the rolls though. The flan was pretty tasty and authentic. Explore jr seems to like bread and yogurt at the buffets, but I’m still working with him to try some more stuff. We tend to make folks hungry so I’m glad you fix yourself a good meal before watching.

I used to work at one of the first Los Cucos restaurants in Texas 20 years ago, which unfortunately burned down this year. We have another one about 15 mins away, but still we miss our Cucos!! One of the most fun places I've worked at! Crazy times lol.

Shocked! I've never seen a Mexican food buffet. I would have expected it to look like taco bell, not like home cooking. So impressed!

Mexican here and i want to point some mistakes you made with the names of some dishes:
Arroz a la española: That's Arroz a la mexicana, the spanish one is yellow not red.
The 1rst ''Pozole'': That's sopa de fideo, it's just tiny noodles in a tomato broth
Also I'm almost pretty sure those are not empanadas, they're fried quesadillas (unless they don't use masa)
Pretty aunthentic mexican buffet if you ask me, would eat there if I get homesick when i visit Las Vegas.

Great video. My husband and I love Mexican food and will definitely try this place out. What was on the 2 sandwiches? I do wish they had descriptions of what is in each dish. Also did you happen to try the chili rellenos off camera? Wondering how they were...love those?
One sandwich has beef and the other had pork. The pork sandwich tasted like a Cuban sandwich only it was made like a wet sandwich. Delicious though! Didn’t get to try the chili rellenos off camera. Was so full. Everything we did try was delicious!
Just wanted to let you know, we made it to Los Cucos today for the brunch. Wow, delicious!! The hot chocolate, the made to order carnitas tacos, the bbq wings, the chocolate fountain and my favorite was the chili rellenos. Everything was delicious!! Will definitely be going back for more.
