You let out a soft (oh no) breathing heavily. It approaches you slowly its footsteps getting closer and closer. You cover your face and almost start to cry. Then you feel it’s wooden arms wrap around you and it lifts you off the ground. It slowly pulls you towards it its arms still around you. For anime fans that watched Jujutsu Kaisen, if you listen closely in Season 2's opening, especially at some point in the full version, you'll actually notice that it uses this melody. I'm not sure why but it's a nice touch

He had a pretty big house, and it would always be completely silent while I was watching TV and my grandpa was sleeping. But every now in then, through the silence, I would hear this start to play faintly in a few rooms down. I had gotten so used to hearing it became like white noise, and it was actually comforting. At the time it meant nothing to me obviously, it was just a random sound from a clock. But hearing this now makes me feel so weird there are no words to describe it.
I remember an old clock tower that's in my town that used to ring this out, it stopped 4, maybe 5 years ago, and has rarely rung any form of tune since (when ever it rings, it's random bells going off then it rings the hours, but I think it's broken because I swear, I would here it ring more than 12 times when ringing out the hour)
