Hard to tell, because both Fiorot and Blanchfield looked unimpressive in their last fight.
Rose isn't undersized at 125 like some ignorant people keep saying. Manon, who's a huge flyweight, only had 4 lbs on her. That being said, Rose dislocated a finger on her lead hand in the first round. Fiorot barely edged a one-handed opponent, who managed to outstrike her even though she couldn't make a fist.
Blanchfield was comfortably losing the fight until Santos went for a takedown, Erin rebounded against the cage and was lucky to land on top. Tayla, who hadn't fought in over a year and was returning from injury, gassed trying to get back up. It was a different fight after that. Erin then proceeded to wall and stall to victory. It was an extremely lucky win.

Neither of them would stand a chance to win the title if Valentina was still in her prime.

Was Valentina in her prime at 24 though ? Erin is getting better and doing it fast. Taila is underrated, any type of victory over her is impressive, I hope she gets the loser of Valentina/Alexa next and has an opportunity to redeem herself.
where are you getting the 4 pound difference number from? manon looked huge compared to rose
@@acooldude The broadcast for South America shows fight night weights from time to time. Fiorot was 139lbs and Rose 135lbs.
@@AntoineFabri Santos is out of the UFC. I believe she signed with PFL. It's a shame, because I believe she deserved to beat both Valentina and Erin. She just had bad luck.

I thought so too my friend I really did what a sad fight. Erin looked horrible on her feet and did terrible at grappling. Erin needs to drop to 115lbs. She too weak and can't get away with just being a grappler and having no stand up skills
