Ok idk if they've changed their attitude or mindset since making this video but after finding out about their music through a friend I looked up a few interviews with the band and holy shit are they the epitome of the "ugh I grew up in the wrong generation" pretentious young adult crowd. They're so far up their own asses while being unaware of the irony behind their actions and words that its mind numbing.
Wonder Bread Idk it sort of adds to their appeal that they can maintain an air of mystery, although i think youre right in saying it comes from a pretentious place. Its frustrating because it makes their music harder to access so its a hate/love thing for me.
i think is you who dont realize their attitude is mostly a joke on interviews. But even if it wasnt, why do you give more importance to that than to their music. Is like youre searching to judge people instead of juding the music
@@bugbug9615 inevitable to consider the source of a captivating narrative (the great music). we are monkeys, the special thing about alot of art is the questions it leads you to I think regardless of whether its suppose to be intentionally hairbrained, it can distract anybody who looks too closely (as it has me) and these guys releases are hardwired into my subconscious (not a flex lol, just the way it has happened)
