It's funny how Baraka in the previous games always was a generic monster-goon to be defeated, and here they made him complex, sympathetic, and likeable.
Same thing with Reptile
I'm very happy with this change, as I hated Reptile just being hero fodder...and them getting the chance to be the final hero(okay for me to post this, as she's finished the game).
They were no personality jobbers
Baraka was especially bad about this, as he got the questionable honor of being first named character to be killed in MK10.

Ur health is on the left side, the right side is ur enemy. L2 R2 is a fatal blow which you only get when ur health is low, it would pop up. Even if you switch sides ur health bar is always on the left it won’t change. Also P.S there are no new characters in this game, just old ones and common ones.

The funny part about when they’re wearing disguises in reptiles chapter Ashrah is complaining about the hat but back in Mortal Kombat deception the hat was what she used to were with her costume that’s why Johnny says it suits her

When ur health is low u can use fatal blow by pressing RT/LT
When your close to death it gives you a prompt so u can sue your fatal blow aka very specials moves ❤❤❤❤
Fun fact! Nitara ( that woman with the bat wings ) was voiced by actress Megan Fox! Who, on an interview said that she is a mortal kombat fan!

You keep confusing the opponents health bar with yours. That's why you're not doing fatal blows. Your health bar is on the left.
She's great! But seriously, how long does it take to figure out a fatal blow? It literally tells you, just just have to look at the health bar. I'll give her a break though, she's new. She's enjoying it, and me with her.

Everyone says the kratos thing with quan chi. If anything, kratos looks like him. He came first. I don't see it anyway. I cannot wait to get my hands on quan chi. Homelander too.
