I loved your face again! LOL I saw that Vegas show 4 times.... many friends were working on that show. I also saw Céline many times before and after and 1 thing I can tell you she is a "bête de scène" (a stage beast) she looooooves to perform and is one of the few who CAN sing almost BETTER live and can sustain that full throttle singing for a whole show. Glad you are enjoying visiting her interesting career. OF COURSE I love many singers but, Céline I grew up with so she still holds a special spot... and she is truly a nice person!

When the band & production values are excellent like we have here, it sounds like a CD because she sings the same in the studio.
I saw this show in 2007 and it was absolutely entertaining from start to finish. Not just the singing but the dancers, the stage design, everything.. just a great overall experience. she's amazing!

The live version from may 22 2018 is even better in my opinion!!! She had just come back from inner ear surgery that she had 2 months earlier, you could hear that she was nervous. She got into it though & it was 100% live too! This version sounded like it had auto-tune, When you have a voice like hers it's a sin to use auto-tune!!!!

You probably heard about the musical in France Notre-Dame de Paris. Luc Plamondon who wrote all the songs is also from Québec and he always ask Céline Please Please Please come sing for me in one of my musical or Rock Opera LOL So one day she went with Plamondon see Notre-Dame de Paris who is base on a novel from Victor Hugo (by the way) and she did an English version ua-cam.com/video/-lrBRIp7MgA/v-deo.html of Esmeralda who is one of the main character. It's short but so beautiful and Céline is around 32 y/o and gorgeous. Enjoy.
