And where do you want her promoted? In the USA its a hard market for any genre believe it or not!! She has better chances in Europe where she is more successful Euro pop does not do well in USA. as American Pop dont do well in Europe. There are few that are an exception. The most successful artist have little talent and a whole lot of luck!
@@michaeljcasazza7742 ......and it sounds like you have no idea about music or the music industry. Americas is one of the biggest markets for POP music, look at the music charts. It 's called exposure. How about a US tour for Dagny, she would do very well. Here's an example, MUNA an indie POP band that began about the same time as Dagny, toured with Harry Styles last year and now this year headlining their own US tour selling out nearly every show. Why? Exposure and talent. For the most part there isn't luck in the music business, talented artists rise to the top because they are well promoted.
@@terryroth428 Pop is big in USA. Exposure will gain momentum, but maintaining the momentum is tough. It's not the talent of the artist that makes them successful, it's the talent in the background that gets them to the exposure level. Euro pop has not normally fared well in the USA, there are a few who make it though. Muna, they are pop but not like Dagny. Dagny is more of a bubble gum no live instrument sing to pre recorded tracks using Ableton live type of pop artist, Muna is like a pop rock artist who actually play live instruments, I'm familiar with why the all girl band were able to do what they did. Sound style can make a difference, just as much as correctly mastering a recording can.
I believe Dagny has fallen victim to that sound difference that Americans may not all be custom to. Btw I'm an America Musician, not a European one, though I've toured Europe and America extensively.
