CC is no more insanely guarded then any other decent 3 point shooter. The only reason she even averages what she does is because her usage is up there with Veteran players. However even when just talking about players on her own team, her percentages are below most of them. So until she get her percentages up, she's below average right now. Also, until the Rookie class actually starts producing more wins, most folks won't really care in the end.
I wouldn’t know who Cc or any of them are if it weren’t for the rivalry. That’s why Cc is a good sport. Its a necessary evil and is drawing more fans. Ppl need to give AR more Grace.
But the actual violence is only going in one direction. It is all focused towards this rookie class specifically and not the other way around. That is the issue. There is a problem with the culture that is being curated in this moment when these fans are not WNBA fans, they are genre specific fans, and their genre is that they are fans of these young players. Also, the vets in the league obviously didn't earn our viewership, so why do you think that doing what the veterans want to do is what is going to grow the game? That is a mostly ridiculous argument, because if people wanted to watch whatever was in the league prior they would have.
