    When you were talking about why you hadn’t done the video yet I understand partly from me personally, I couldn’t be bothered if have the patience to edit a video, hear myself speaking etc, even though I teach crafts & jewellery making and being a teacher in schools for years. One of my cousins in Ukraine is in the armed forces there, he was talking about making a channel, but I’d have to do the editing and translation. The thought of it made me feel stressed 😩 😂 I would have done it because it’s only fair to do it, but I’ve been glad he’s decided not to. 😂

      A bradawl
      I’ve used a metal skewer too, sometimes over a lump of blu tack or in the classroom the gap between the desks
      I think you got it from the jewellery making section because of people using it to make holes in leather etc 😁

    I really liked how these came out and they super cute. I am thinking about doing these for my little girls. They are just like me and love to write in notepads and they love sticker books. Awesome tutorials!!

    • @PlanningWithEli28
      @PlanningWithEli28  3 роки тому

      Thanks! This video was a long while ago which tool did you mean. Let's see I used the needle pointer to make the holes. You can also use a crop a dile if you have one. For the elastic I just search elastic cording and buy the thin one I think its 25mm length and 1mm diameter.

I put them together to see how much width space I will have to leave for my elastic and inserts. Hope that make sense. Why didn’t you use 2 sided paper? I have never made one, I’m trying to learn. 😀

      Because sometimes the Michael's paperpads are not double sided. Sometimes I do use double sided it all depends on happy using either one. 😉😄

    I LIKE HOW YOU ARE MAKING THE TRAVELERS NOTEBOOK AND WONDERING HOW MUCH WOULD YOU CHARGE ME TO MAKE ONE FOR ME ?????

    • @PlanningWithEli28
      @PlanningWithEli28  5 років тому

      Hi Maedine, thank you! I can make a very pretty one but it will be more simple for $35 U.S if you want a fully loaded and decorated TN one it's $55 U.S. You can email me if you decide to get one and send me an email: Planningwitheli@gmail.com a detailed description of what themes you like and will take it from there.

    Will someone please explain to me what a Travelers’ Notebook’ is used for? Thank you. I’m old school!

    • @PlanningWithEli28
      @PlanningWithEli28  6 років тому

      It's ok! A travelers notebook first started as a way for people to write down their thoughts ideas, keep track of traveling adventures, even journaling but now I would say many people use it as a planner for daily life. Hope this helped!😉

    What type of paper did you use? Is it cardstock?

    • @PlanningWithEli28
      @PlanningWithEli28  6 років тому +1

      I used a paper pad from Michaels called butterfly bloom. The blue floral is also a paperpad from Michaels called elegant and serene.

    I appreciate the video but I don't understand what you are calling the brand of the notebook and you didn't put any links in your video for it. I am confused?

    I am CONVINCED that there is some kind of black magic involved with measuring *even* when you use measurements from instructions: stuff hardly ever comes out nice and matching!! It's so frustrating hahaha! you check, double, triple check... and BOOM! something is too short or too long or hey, maybe both!
