Credit unions actually help people because they have much better rates than traditional banking institutions so people are normally able to keep their finances steadier overall. No one said anything about taking out a loan to go to a convention it's just simply you get better rates which makes your pockets more flexible as far as interest not being out of literal blood like a traditional bank. Furthermore, just being a teller doesn't mean jack that's like saying a cashier isn't an important role in a business too FOH.
