I heard the shots, he was so quick, he knows how to use his father's gun. He coud've hurt more students but he didn't. He chose who were mean to him and then called the police on himself. Sad but this is the reality that day. Those students would be hurt if they treat that kid with respect and kindness as everyone should do
I got bullied a lot in my high school years. Now I am married and I will never let someone bully my kids. I wanted to shut those bullies, but I didn't want to go to jail for some stupid fuxks and wastey life. I just studied hard and got good grades and all the girls started to get closer with me to help them lol and then the bullies got nicer

What I can tell you is:
His name is Kosta Kecmanović and he was a pupil in an elite bilingual school. His parents upper class (father doctor, mother biology scientist; 10 year old sister and a dog). His home is around 500m away from the school.
He was very talented since early childhood and slightly socially awkward. He did compete in history, mathematics, played Violine, took acting classes, did some sports like karate and basketball and is good in French (this school having exams in French in case you chose it). Other kids in this school are also from well to do families and talented.
He was not bullied, rather teased, something that happens to most kids. He was not beaten or cyber bullied.
He came to the new bilingual class this year and was very well accepted there. For some reason he started plotting killing the classmates (also kids from other classes who he didn't even know, the famous list).
He practiced Airsoft shooting with his father from the age of 12 and had contact with real guns. Something that is not really usual in Serbia. He loved movies about murders and mass murders like The Purge and American tragedy (the later he watched evening before the massacre). He Googled a lot about murders, and also if he can be punished for that as a 13 year old (he is 14 in two months). He had friends in that school, and was even seeing/visiting a girl from his class but she stopped it at one point. He was at a birthday party with his classmates just two days before the massacre. On that day he took two guns and 4 molotov cocktails at 8.30am and shot the guard Dragan Vlahović who asked him if everything is OK. The guard knew and liked him, they even had sms contact, he knew all children from the school and was helpful if anyone needed anything. Then he killed two 2 years younger girls he didn't really know, they were in the hallway by chance. Then he entered the classroom with his classmates and wounded the teacher, shot 5 girls and one boy, wounded 6-7 more. He needed 120sec to kill 9 people. Other kids ran out. He killed his friend Andrija Čikić who was a very talented piano player, you can see him on UA-cam. He used 57 bullets. At one point he stopped, jumped through the window in the courtyard, put the gun away and called the police. Other students and teachers locked themselves. There is an audio recording of his shooting on UA-cam. He also tried to enter other classrooms.
Upon being arrested and questioned why he did this, he replied "I am a psychopath and I needed some relief", as well as "What will my mother say now?" He is in a psychiatric hospital for children under observation. Further reports say that he is showing no remorse or any emotions, is not on medication. His only question is whether people outside talk about him, and when is he coming out.
His father is arrested for not keeping the guns away from the kid (although he says they were locked). The family might be forced to take steps like another identity and moving abroad, since no normal life is possible for them there. The whole nation is discussing this since 10 days, why nobody noticed anything, how it can be prevented, etc.
There was another shooting the next day (not in a school), where another 8 people died. Never happened before.
Last week the 10th victim died, in the hospital, a girl.

He had a small fight in a private acting school two years ago (not with these children), the psychologist and social worker checked on him, there's a protocol. Otherwise, he was called nerd by some kids in his previous class, was never attacked physically by anyone, or cyber bullied etc. The videos some youtubers using are not authentic, neither in the lake nor in the school, that is not Kosta. The serbian police never mentioned them, and his own mother also never mentioned any serious bullying. She said she can't understand why he did that. He moved to a class of highly intelligent talented kids and no one of them bothered him. They were in France all together just 2-3 months ago for a language course /camp. He was at a birthday party with them just days before the shooting. He was seeing a girl from this school, etc.
His list is irrelevant, he was just shooting at everyone in the end.
He confessed that he wanted to throw petrol bottles at the whole school yard a month ago but he gave up the idea. He wanted to make a massacre.
The psychologists think he was envious of the kids who were better and more popular than himself. And that there must have been some problems in the family.
Also, there was no boy who "apologized to Kosta so he erased his name from the list" . It is a girl's name, Vera Petrović, and she never apologized for anything, she is alive.
What bothers me is different news channels and youtubers (and there are many more copycats) picked up information and fake videos from tik tok and spreading some false theories causing much harm, cause there are literally millions of deranged teenagers from all over the world who glorify and justify this "revenge" (especially kids from the Arab, Asian countries and America). I can't influence the comments but I also addressed the creators of this content, they would not respond of course. Just telling stories for the popularity of their channel. It is a desaster. The families of the victims were getting threats from all over the world. If you see the faces of those parents you would cry. Sofija Negić was killed just because she ran out of the toilet to see what is going on. Her father Slobodan Negić was crying in a TV program talking about her. She was not on the list. Ema Kobiljski tried to stop Kosta, he shot her, she was not on the list. Her father is a volleyball trainer, her mother Nina Kobiljski gave her statement on her f. book, maybe there is English translation.
Bullying is an important subject matter to talk about but these guys make much more harm with their videos, provoking aggressive comments and behavior. Looks like there are many bullied kids out there who wish they could do just the same. But bullying is not the main cause of this tragedy.

Well, killing is certainly not a solution, but bullying makes another person, so we must fight it, and there must be a reaction from society, school and the police against bullying. How many people committed suicide? How many people were killed unjustly because of bullying.
As well as the parents, teach your children that bullying is not good.

The authorities ruled out bullying as the cause. The boy said he felt ignored by some, and that he was "irritated" by some, that's all. Not really a reason to kill 10 people, especially when actually only 3 killed are from that famous list, the rest was just shooting and killing randomly. 3 girls in the hallway he didn't even know, they were 2 years younger. The history teacher is alive he only wounded her cause she was trying to stop him.

Ah and I forgot to mention the Molotov cocktails. He had 4 bottles with petrol with him when he was arrested, not only guns, and wanted to throw them around the school too, to stop the police from entering, but he didn't.
