Hardwire can void warranty... it would be better if you get it installed from the dealer or service station, i mean in their presence. Or you can use nexdigitron powerbank to give current to the dashcam. Btw dashcams don't consume much of the car's battery.

So if you use a security camera instead of a dashcam then it would be easier to take cloud storage from the company. Qubo and Tplink provide cheaper cloud storage plans on security cams in india. And to give the internet you can use any wifi dongle.
Btw few e-sim dashcams are now available in developed countries, maybe we'll see in india soon, though it would be expensive.

The very small battery of the dashcam is just to capture time-lapse videos. You can use this by turning on parking mode in the dashcam and it will last for 1-2 days only. If you park your car for a longer time then you can try using a dashcam portable charger along with it or you can simply do a hardwiring connection.

Thanks so yeah CPL filter will improve video because it will not allow sunrays to come inside the lens, and since redtiger f3 video quality is good anyway so it will capture decently in sun rays.

No, never seen or heard about this. Suction mount loses grip after a few months but not adhesive ones.
